They persevere to get it right I have been impressed by Luke and Jasper's ability to receive honest feedback in order to satisfy my needs. I had no idea what to expect in all of our online connections where people can just disappear on you, but they have desired to plow through some significant snags we had with editing and make things right. It is reassuring when I hear Jasper say, "That's my job" as though his aim is to please along with being courteous and professional.

Our interactions started in June 2023 and continued for several months through vacations and delayed deliverables. The first design they offered was awful and unacceptable. I restated my expectations, which were ignored for the second design and again for the third. I finally told them I was not satisfied and that I wanted a refund. They said they would refund the fees I had paid, but whenever I follow up, they said they're waiting for the finance department. I've rarely encountered such incompetent and unethical treatment.
