Logos with the Midas touch! These guys do great work. When I saw the final product, I just knew it was the logo I was hoping for. Mark and his team worked through my many requests and gave me a brand that I am proud of. They completed my logo quickly and professionally all while keeping me informed and using my critique. They will be my Logo-go-to from here on out.

Not a good experience thus far I recently purchased over $600 in services from Logo Squad, and this has been the most unpleasant customer experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. Their head of compliance has asked repeatedly for me to take my review down or she will engage her legal department for “defamation”. August 1 update: the compliance officer stopped repeatedly emailing asking me to take my review down. I do not receive the guaranteed response time of 1-2 business days like was guaranteed with my elite package. When the logo files were sent to me, I asked my project manager how each file was to be used. Never received an answer. Because of the inconsistency in communication, I missed their email with my 3D logo. When I went to click the link to the 3D logo, it said the link expired. I wrote them on July 27 asking for the renewed file link, an update on my trademarking and business cards. This morning, august 3 - no answer. I had to email him again. Let me just start by saying that unit has been several months working with this company and I only have a high res logo that was created by another designer from another company (logo squad just put it into high res file format because they wouldn’t give me a refund on any of the money I spent - even services I’ve yet to see the outputs for). Buyer beware - and don’t say I didn’t warn you!! Will update this review when this process has been completed.

Took payment, but produced nothing ! Contracted and paid for a simple logo design. Project was put on hold and The Logo Squad agreed to extend my timeline in writing to use the prepaid design service. Called to initiate my project and they then required an activation fee of $60 just to start the project - was never mentioned before. No work had been done prior. They refused to return calls despite my giving them many chances to reach a reasonable solution. I paid for a service, they took payment, produced nothing, and then refused to move forward with a simple logo design. Buyers beware !!

I was referred to Logo Squad by a…Colleague I was referred to Logo Squad by a friend who recently used their services to design a logo. I used them for not only logo design but also submitting for a Trademark. They completed both in just 6 business days. Great turn around for a great price.
