I used them for not only logo design but also submitting for a Trademark. They completed both in just 6 business days. Great turn around for a great price. I thought I approved the final design… I thought I approved the final design for our Logo, got 3 phone calls after wanting me to copywrite. Every time I said no, not at this time. I have ordered checks and still don*t have my logo to complete the order. I finally got someone on the o phone and was asked again to purchase copywrite, I again said not at this time. He said I would get my final logo within the hour. That was over an hour ago. I am very frustrated.
