Hi now yesterday my page was… Hi now yesterday my page was fine....now today, it's all messed up..now it's saying IP Location Mismatch....now how is that possible???I been in my same computer and nothing changed...then I did 2 surveys yesterday and they went through...now today they lowered my score..and put my cash out in pending...they are crooked and seems to be unfair...they need to be monitored..they be adding stuff and taking away stuff..then blame it on you ...I took my time and Answered sure all my answers were Correct and not speeding through....and they still mess with your stuff....not a good look...

customer service? Hah! Their "customer service" is absolutely awful! I have contacted them 7-SEVEN! freaking times on an issue that I have!! Have I gotten a response from 7 times of contact? And when you try & contact them, you get a 'bot' that says they relay your question to a human to get back to you w/in 24 hours! Yeah right! I've been told that a few times already! STILL no response! Their site is good, but the customer 'service' has a LOT to be desired!
