254 SURVEYS, diamond Dealing with Crowdlogy has been a headache from the beginning. Every time I've requested a payout, I've had to chase them down, and even then, it took over a month to receive my payment. They now owe me money since November, citing supposed quality issues flagged by Cint for all of my surveys as an excuse to withhold payment. They've gone as far as removing all funds from my account, and they've failed to provide the extra bonus promised for tests taken in December. Their claim that 100% of my surveys were flagged raises serious doubts about their competence. Do they even know how MANY surveys I had to take for that money? Countless hours, all for a modest increase in income due to rising living costs and personal challenges. I've repeatedly requested EVIDENCE to support their claims but received nothing in return. With a bachelor's degree in communication and 15 years of diverse work experience, I expected to be compensated for my professionalism. Crowdlogy has proven to be the worst survey company I've ever encountered. Dealing with them has been nothing short of painful, and I strongly advise against anyone considering working with them.

Excellent customer support The support I received from Crowdology in respect of my query was timely and considered. They could not have done more to help me and I am more than satisfied with their response. Excellent level of customer service provided, well done Crowdology.

I was able to reset my passwo but I still do not receive emails with surveys. I received my Payment from Crowdology. Thanks now if only I could sign into my account and continue earning on your surveys. I still have not received anymore surveys I use to get them multiple times a day in my email box. I couldn't any longer sign in please fix this issue. I love Crowdology, update is after I got back into my account using Crowdologys link I cleaned out the final funds in my account but I have not gotten any more email invites for surveys otherwise everything is fine.

cannot access account UPDATE- resolved. UPDATE: my account is now active and I can now get into my account, thank you for all your help crowdology! I have been a member of crowdology since June and haven't had a problem with them until this week. I cannot login to my account and even though i am still receiving survey invites and completing them successfully, I still cannot access the account. I have got in touch with customer support at Cint around 5 days ago now and nobody has got in touch. It seems like a lot of people are having this problem recently which is a real shame as Crowdology was one of my favourite survey sites. I would love it if a member of staff could get in touch to help me get in to my account!

Reviews hurt them..scammers So as you can see from my review at the bottom I wrote a bad review and suddenly got an email saying cint has frozen my payments lmao.. That's over £8. Avoid avoid avoid this site. So gets even worse they have flagged my review because they don't believe it's genuine lol.. definitely stay away from this site. Don't go near it. Cint sorted it out but paid me 16p less however they sorted it not crowdology customer service is very rude and patronising and they have deleted my account for speaking up and tbh I'm happy to go as they have very poor payouts and reviews. Thanks crowdology for deleting my account. Good riddance and I managed to make a fair bit by cashing out regularly so hahaha crowdology you couldn't take all my money! With this site the more you make the closer you are to being banned.
