have been banned from the Crowdology… have been banned from the Crowdology site who say it is Cint who have imposed the ban. Been with them over 2 years without this issue, that's fine there are better sites. The problem is they are withholding my earned cash which is tantamount to theft UPDATE Crowdology have threatened to take this review down unless provided with my reference number/email which they already have!

Excellent customer support The support I received from Crowdology in respect of my query was timely and considered. They could not have done more to help me and I am more than satisfied with their response. Excellent level of customer service provided, well done Crowdology.

cannot access account UPDATE- resolved. UPDATE: my account is now active and I can now get into my account, thank you for all your help crowdology! I have been a member of crowdology since June and haven't had a problem with them until this week. I cannot login to my account and even though i am still receiving survey invites and completing them successfully, I still cannot access the account. I have got in touch with customer support at Cint around 5 days ago now and nobody has got in touch. It seems like a lot of people are having this problem recently which is a real shame as Crowdology was one of my favourite survey sites. I would love it if a member of staff could get in touch to help me get in to my account!

Payment Query I had an issue with a bonus payment and emailed crowdology with an expected reply of 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a couple of hours from a lady called Caroline. She was extremely helpful and explained everything. She promised to get back to me today and did and query resolved. It’s great to have someone who does what they say they will. Well done Caroline
