GBPayment Query I had an issue with a bonus payment and emailed crowdology with an expected reply of 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a couple of hours from a lady called Caroline. She was extremely helpful and explained everything. She promised to get back to me today and did and query resolved. It’s great to have someone who does what they say they will. Well done Caroline

GBSuper service!! Crowdology gave a November Bonus for all completed surveys earning more than £5 & sent email to advise date of payment. In the event of non payment by stated date asked to advise Crowdology. No payment received by due date so emailed & Caroline sorted payment so promptly bearing in mind there must have been a lot of failed payments.

GBcannot access account UPDATE- resolved. UPDATE: my account is now active and I can now get into my account, thank you for all your help crowdology! I have been a member of crowdology since June and haven't had a problem with them until this week. I cannot login to my account and even though i am still receiving survey invites and completing them successfully, I still cannot access the account. I have got in touch with customer support at Cint around 5 days ago now and nobody has got in touch. It seems like a lot of people are having this problem recently which is a real shame as Crowdology was one of my favourite survey sites. I would love it if a member of staff could get in touch to help me get in to my account!

USI was able to reset my passwo but I still do not receive emails with surveys. I received my Payment from Crowdology. Thanks now if only I could sign into my account and continue earning on your surveys. I still have not received anymore surveys I use to get them multiple times a day in my email box. I couldn't any longer sign in please fix this issue. I love Crowdology, update is after I got back into my account using Crowdologys link I cleaned out the final funds in my account but I have not gotten any more email invites for surveys otherwise everything is fine.

PHHelped my situation My review was removed so I am re-posting. After posting here my issue was resolved and I was able to withdraw my funds. Let's see how my experience is going forward. I'll add a star each time I am satisfied my accrued funds have been deposited. Thank you for your assistance thus far.
