Helped my situation My review was removed so I am re-posting. After posting here my issue was resolved and I was able to withdraw my funds. Let's see how my experience is going forward. I was able to reset my passwo but I still do not receive emails with surveys. I received my Payment from Crowdology. Thanks now if only I could sign into my account and continue earning on your surveys. I still have not received anymore surveys I use to get them multiple times a day in my email box. I couldn't any longer sign in please fix this issue. I love Crowdology, update is after I got back into my account using Crowdologys link I cleaned out the final funds in my account but I have not gotten any more email invites for surveys otherwise everything is fine.

Excellent customer support The support I received from Crowdology in respect of my query was timely and considered. They could not have done more to help me and I am more than satisfied with their response. Excellent level of customer service provided, well done Crowdology.

Terrible company Terrible company! Don't waste your time, months of doing surveys only to have my account closed for no reason owing me twelve pounds. Yet another rip off survey company.

Resolved. No response for weeks despite several… Issue has been Resolved... response for weeks despite several messages and raised ticket for not receiving my gift card. Worst customer services I have ever experienced. Avoid this survey site at any cost as you'll be wasting hours of your time for nothing. That's like robbery of your time.
