GBI was able to reset my passwo but I still do not receive emails with surveys. I received my Payment from Crowdology. Thanks now if only I could sign into my account and continue earning on your surveys. I still have not received anymore surveys I use to get them multiple times a day in my email box. I couldn't any longer sign in please fix this issue. I love Crowdology, update is after I got back into my account using Crowdologys link I cleaned out the final funds in my account but I have not gotten any more email invites for surveys otherwise everything is fine.

GBAlways reliable with their rewards. Always reliable with their rewards. I had a cash bonus due for November, hadn't received it the day it was expected but contacted them and had regular email support from Caroline and got it the next day. Good customer support.

GBPayment Query I had an issue with a bonus payment and emailed crowdology with an expected reply of 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a couple of hours from a lady called Caroline. She was extremely helpful and explained everything. She promised to get back to me today and did and query resolved. It’s great to have someone who does what they say they will. Well done Caroline

GBJoined last week Joined last week, redeemed my £4 and they said they'd email me soon and I haven't had an email. Not sure what the process is on receiving your rewards to PayPal but it didn't even ask my PayPal details.

GBOne of the best! One of the best survey sites! Absolutely exceptional site. A wide variety of subjects and extremely enjoyable to take part it. No issues with payments whatsoever, I use PayPal, there is the tiniest of charges for using it which doesn't worry me at all. Thank you Crowdology and I look forward to taking part in many more studies.
