Frustrating process. Good logo I like my business logo, but the whole process was time-consuming and frustrating with the back-and-forth emails. It made me realize how much of a hassle it can be, so I settled for the first design mockup from FBA. I requested the option to be able to edit information on my business card. They denied that request. I was advised to download (Ai) Adobe Illustrator to fix issues that could have easily been addressed by FBA. I don't have experience with specialized design software. I had to spend six hours trying to figure out Adobe Illustrator just to fix what FBA didn't want to revise. Business owners should simply have the option to edit basic information on their business card design files, such as names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses without having to pay or download special software. FBA packages price is reasonable and for that I do recommend some of their basic level services.

Very professional agency Very professional agency, it’s dealing with request asap, since the moment you place the order. Customer care very responsively, taking care of all the requests to have a Fabulous logo for your brand. Will use them all the time.

I can not thank this company enough I can not thank this company enough! I was let down last minute and they pulled through for me in under 24 hours. They listened to what I wanted and also made me one themselves with both logos turning out way better than what was in my head. My business will happily recommend and stay with these moving forward.
