Bad company Bad company. No logo or refund had been made. I request a logo design for my company, they asked me to pay half the amount in order to go forwards and when done, they sent me a shaded logo and asked me to pay the remaining and since the date of payment which is more than 2 months I received nothing and they said did not receive the payment but I showed them the bank letter clarifying the transaction. Now no one answers my email, refund or even reply to my emails.

Don’t waste your money I purchased 2 logo renderings for a look at what a revised logo would look like. I only paid $100 and really wasn’t expecting a lot bit what I got was amassing. For one logo they standard font and colored it to my request. For the second version they took our current logo and changed nothing but the color scheme. What a joke. Don’t waste your money. Pay a second grader $5 and you’ll get a far more creative option. Of zero stars was an option I would have chosen it.

Frustrating process. Good logo I like my business logo, but the whole process was time-consuming and frustrating with the back-and-forth emails. It made me realize how much of a hassle it can be, so I settled for the first design mockup from FBA. I requested the option to be able to edit information on my business card. They denied that request. I was advised to download (Ai) Adobe Illustrator to fix issues that could have easily been addressed by FBA. I don't have experience with specialized design software. I had to spend six hours trying to figure out Adobe Illustrator just to fix what FBA didn't want to revise. Business owners should simply have the option to edit basic information on their business card design files, such as names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses without having to pay or download special software. FBA packages price is reasonable and for that I do recommend some of their basic level services.
