Working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions I have had the opportunity of working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions on creating and building a website for me. Shawn was and is an absolute joy to work with. When he started working on the website, I was out of the country and it was very difficult to reach me as the internet was not always reliable and the best way to reach me was by email. Shawn did everything possible to keep me informed on the progress of my website. He listened attentively to each of my requests and had them all implemented. I would highly recommend Shawn and HOI Solutions for any such project.

Terrible customer experience Terrible customer experience. Paid $$ for multiple articles to be written only for them all to be bad quality. When I wanted to cancel the rest of the articles I had planned for them, they wouldn't refund me. Cost me several hundred dollars to discover that you should never deal with this company.

Why HOI Solutions is THE best! Anna Jones has been a God send to me and my organization. I am a Clinical Psychologist who overcame a rare life threatening illness called Cushing's disease. In November, 2016; I incorporated a 501C3 nonprofit called Empowering People with Invisible Chronic Illness Foundation AKA The EPIC Foundation. I have been building the organization for over three years now. A vital part of our advocacy of chronic illness warriors is increasing awareness and education. As such, it is crucial that we have professional articles on our website that we can be proud of and be proud to inform our followers and proud to share. I hired Anna Jones and her company to write articles for us and to, thus, create content for our website that would increase visibility and endorse empowerment to our patients through increased knowledge. I have had many people tell me how helpful these articles are! Not just helpful but life changing! HOI Solutions must be out of business HOI Solutions must be out of business, or sold off. I was working with both Scott Shapiro and Roger Hayden. None of the same people from the company respond, following payment for services. The company appears to be a scam.
