Working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions I have had the opportunity of working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions on creating and building a website for me. Shawn was and is an absolute joy to work with. When he started working on the website, I was out of the country and it was very difficult to reach me as the internet was not always reliable and the best way to reach me was by email. Shawn did everything possible to keep me informed on the progress of my website. He listened attentively to each of my requests and had them all implemented. I would highly recommend Shawn and HOI Solutions for any such project.

I have paid for Resume writing services 2 times before, but this service was more comprehensive - it included Resume, Cover Letter, Thank you Letter, follow up letter and Linkedin link profile. My account was handled by Scott Shapiro. He was very professional and always tried to help me and understand the complexity I was facing with my resume. He approached the job in a very creative way. It was difficult for me to understand the approach but I have to agree he had professional advice always. During the COVID -19 I had difficulties with my payments and the company was very patient and willing to work with me until the project was paid and completed. This deserves a great Thank you. I was offered even extra help with my career but I am not ready yet financially to take this step yet but I have seen the quality of their web services and hope to work with them some day possibly.
