Great Quality for a Fair Price I first used the HOI Solutions Blog Writing Service before 1.5 months. I have also used many writers from other platforms such as Fiverr. The quality and the approach of the guys of HOI is excellent, one class above the best writer I used before from Fiverr, and the price is fair. Before sending them the Structure of the Articles that I needed, they sent me a questionnaire so they would know what exactly my site is and how they must approach the writing. Then, they assigned a specific writer who is an expert in my niche. Eventually, the quality, the delivery time, the support from the account manager, and the whole experience was great. I have already ordered the next batch of articles from them. ---------------- Edit: After many months of good cooperation, I stopped using their services, as the last batch of articles was not good in quality and I found some articles which have been "spinned" from others.

I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions! I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions!! I started a small business and I am struggling to keep my head above water because of the stress from dealing with Hoi Solutions and the financial loss to them. I thought I made a great investment with a total of $710. 00 paid to them for a website design. I thought it was going well for the first 2 of months and then they changed my point of contact and I noticed I did not get anymore updates that I did not initiate. Then the progress continued to degress to be little to nothing. So I wrote a letter via email to the owner and my point of contact. The owner appeared to want to help with her response but then I heard nothing from her. I called and managed to talk with the owner, then she would not talk anymore so then given a fourth point of contact that made several false promises. This started in February and now it is November and I do not have a website and I do not have my requested refund. Just false promises and now my phone number must be blocked. The "Contact Us" box on the website does not work anymore. They do not answer any of my calls, text messages, or emails. I lost $710.00 to this company!!!!! I am so beyond frustrated, stressed, and traumatized by this company!!!

HOI Solutions must be out of business HOI Solutions must be out of business, or sold off. I was working with both Scott Shapiro and Roger Hayden. None of the same people from the company respond, following payment for services. The company appears to be a scam.
