The quality and the approach of the guys of HOI is excellent, one class above the best writer I used before from Fiverr, and the price is fair. Before sending them the Structure of the Articles that I needed, they sent me a questionnaire so they would know what exactly my site is and how they must approach the writing. Then, they assigned a specific writer who is an expert in my niche. Eventually, the quality, the delivery time, the support from the account manager, and the whole experience was great. Terrible customer experience Terrible customer experience. Paid $$ for multiple articles to be written only for them all to be bad quality. When I wanted to cancel the rest of the articles I had planned for them, they wouldn't refund me. Cost me several hundred dollars to discover that you should never deal with this company.
