I have paid for Resume writing services 2 times before, but this service was more comprehensive - it included Resume, Cover Letter, Thank you Letter, follow up letter and Linkedin link profile. My account was handled by Scott Shapiro. He was very professional and always tried to help me and understand the complexity I was facing with my resume. He approached the job in a very creative way. It was difficult for me to understand the approach but I have to agree he had professional advice always. During the COVID -19 I had difficulties with my payments and the company was very patient and willing to work with me until the project was paid and completed. This deserves a great Thank you.
