Before sending them the Structure of the Articles that I needed, they sent me a questionnaire so they would know what exactly my site is and how they must approach the writing. Then, they assigned a specific writer who is an expert in my niche. Eventually, the quality, the delivery time, the support from the account manager, and the whole experience was great.
