After leaving it in the hands of HOI solutions , I was very pleased with the professionalism , communication and great resume I received . Responds very quickly to accommodate my busy work schedule too .

I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions! I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions!! I started a small business and I am struggling to keep my head above water because of the stress from dealing with Hoi Solutions and the financial loss to them. I thought I made a great investment with a total of $710. 00 paid to them for a website design. I thought it was going well for the first 2 of months and then they changed my point of contact and I noticed I did not get anymore updates that I did not initiate. Then the progress continued to degress to be little to nothing. So I wrote a letter via email to the owner and my point of contact. The owner appeared to want to help with her response but then I heard nothing from her. I called and managed to talk with the owner, then she would not talk anymore so then given a fourth point of contact that made several false promises. This started in February and now it is November and I do not have a website and I do not have my requested refund. Just false promises and now my phone number must be blocked. The "Contact Us" box on the website does not work anymore. They do not answer any of my calls, text messages, or emails. I lost $710.00 to this company!!!!! I am so beyond frustrated, stressed, and traumatized by this company!!!

I always wanted to find professional… I always wanted to find professional help with my Resume. I have paid for Resume writing services 2 times before, but this service was more comprehensive - it included Resume, Cover Letter, Thank you Letter, follow up letter and Linkedin link profile. My account was handled by Scott Shapiro. He was very professional and always tried to help me and understand the complexity I was facing with my resume. He approached the job in a very creative way. It was difficult for me to understand the approach but I have to agree he had professional advice always. During the COVID -19 I had difficulties with my payments and the company was very patient and willing to work with me until the project was paid and completed. This deserves a great Thank you. I was offered even extra help with my career but I am not ready yet financially to take this step yet but I have seen the quality of their web services and hope to work with them some day possibly.
