I always wanted to find professional… I always wanted to find professional help with my Resume. I have paid for Resume writing services 2 times before, but this service was more comprehensive - it included Resume, Cover Letter, Thank you Letter, follow up letter and Linkedin link profile. My account was handled by Scott Shapiro. He was very professional and always tried to help me and understand the complexity I was facing with my resume. He approached the job in a very creative way. It was difficult for me to understand the approach but I have to agree he had professional advice always. During the COVID -19 I had difficulties with my payments and the company was very patient and willing to work with me until the project was paid and completed. This deserves a great Thank you. I was lost and needed a professional helping hand after getting a domain name and building a website for my Non-Profit Organization. Chris contacted me VIA electronic mail and offered me his services. I had many other mediocre offers from so many others and I turned them down because they sounded rushed and like a broken record. After speaking to Chris I tried to rush him off the phone but I heard something genuine in his voice. I intentionally started to tell him to call back and he called back every single time. I called and texted them after hours and on the weekends and they responded. I had a video made for my website. The video started off with the words "Eye Charity." This had me in tears for it made my logo and mission statement POP! I had so many things I wanted to do in the video. They made It happen to the point of it being perfect and bringing literal tears to my eyes. I had an idea in my imagination of what I wanted and they actually enhanced my actual vision and kept pairing their professional advice with my dreams and visions and for this reason, I will always suggest HOI Solutions to my own friends and business partners.
