Why HOI Solutions is THE best! Anna Jones has been a God send to me and my organization. I am a Clinical Psychologist who overcame a rare life threatening illness called Cushing's disease. In November, 2016; I incorporated a 501C3 nonprofit called Empowering People with Invisible Chronic Illness Foundation AKA The EPIC Foundation. I have been building the organization for over three years now. A vital part of our advocacy of chronic illness warriors is increasing awareness and education. As such, it is crucial that we have professional articles on our website that we can be proud of and be proud to inform our followers and proud to share. I hired Anna Jones and her company to write articles for us and to, thus, create content for our website that would increase visibility and endorse empowerment to our patients through increased knowledge. WOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not know where to start. So I guess I will start at the beginning. I was lost and needed a professional helping hand after getting a domain name and building a website for my Non-Profit Organization. Chris contacted me VIA electronic mail and offered me his services. I had many other mediocre offers from so many others and I turned them down because they sounded rushed and like a broken record. After speaking to Chris I tried to rush him off the phone but I heard something genuine in his voice. I intentionally started to tell him to call back and he called back every single time. I listened to him and I could hear, feel, taste and touch his sincerity. I realized that I needed his assistance on making sure I had everything I needed as this was my first time going into business for myself. I just did not know what all I needed help with. Chris was patient and explained everything to me. I had so many questions that made me feel powerless and embarrassed to ask and as he talked, I felt powerful and I asked. He added Jay to our venture and they took really good care of me. They answered all questions and they both went above and beyond. I called and texted them after hours and on the weekends and they responded. I had a video made for my website. The video started off with the words "Eye Charity." This had me in tears for it made my logo and mission statement POP! I had so many things I wanted to do in the video. They made It happen to the point of it being perfect and bringing literal tears to my eyes. I had an idea in my imagination of what I wanted and they actually enhanced my actual vision and kept pairing their professional advice with my dreams and visions and for this reason, I will always suggest HOI Solutions to my own friends and business partners.
