Terrible company Terrible company. They just keep asking for more and more money and never deliver the work. Stay away from this company and anyone working there.

Working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions I have had the opportunity of working with Shawn Hanks of HOI Solutions on creating and building a website for me. Shawn was and is an absolute joy to work with. When he started working on the website, I was out of the country and it was very difficult to reach me as the internet was not always reliable and the best way to reach me was by email. Shawn did everything possible to keep me informed on the progress of my website. He listened attentively to each of my requests and had them all implemented. I would highly recommend Shawn and HOI Solutions for any such project.

Great Quality for a Fair Price I first used the HOI Solutions Blog Writing Service before 1.5 months. I have also used many writers from other platforms such as Fiverr. The quality and the approach of the guys of HOI is excellent, one class above the best writer I used before from Fiverr, and the price is fair. Before sending them the Structure of the Articles that I needed, they sent me a questionnaire so they would know what exactly my site is and how they must approach the writing. Then, they assigned a specific writer who is an expert in my niche. Eventually, the quality, the delivery time, the support from the account manager, and the whole experience was great. I have already ordered the next batch of articles from them. ---------------- Edit: After many months of good cooperation, I stopped using their services, as the last batch of articles was not good in quality and I found some articles which have been "spinned" from others.

WOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not know where to start. So I guess I will start at the beginning. I was lost and needed a professional helping hand after getting a domain name and building a website for my Non-Profit Organization. Chris contacted me VIA electronic mail and offered me his services. I had many other mediocre offers from so many others and I turned them down because they sounded rushed and like a broken record. After speaking to Chris I tried to rush him off the phone but I heard something genuine in his voice. I intentionally started to tell him to call back and he called back every single time. I listened to him and I could hear, feel, taste and touch his sincerity. I realized that I needed his assistance on making sure I had everything I needed as this was my first time going into business for myself. I just did not know what all I needed help with. Chris was patient and explained everything to me. I had so many questions that made me feel powerless and embarrassed to ask and as he talked, I felt powerful and I asked. He added Jay to our venture and they took really good care of me. They answered all questions and they both went above and beyond. I called and texted them after hours and on the weekends and they responded. I had a video made for my website. The video started off with the words "Eye Charity." This had me in tears for it made my logo and mission statement POP! I had so many things I wanted to do in the video. They made It happen to the point of it being perfect and bringing literal tears to my eyes. I had an idea in my imagination of what I wanted and they actually enhanced my actual vision and kept pairing their professional advice with my dreams and visions and for this reason, I will always suggest HOI Solutions to my own friends and business partners. I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions! I am so frustrated with Hoi Solutions!! I started a small business and I am struggling to keep my head above water because of the stress from dealing with Hoi Solutions and the financial loss to them. I thought I made a great investment with a total of $710. 00 paid to them for a website design. I thought it was going well for the first 2 of months and then they changed my point of contact and I noticed I did not get anymore updates that I did not initiate. Then the progress continued to degress to be little to nothing. So I wrote a letter via email to the owner and my point of contact. The owner appeared to want to help with her response but then I heard nothing from her. I called and managed to talk with the owner, then she would not talk anymore so then given a fourth point of contact that made several false promises. This started in February and now it is November and I do not have a website and I do not have my requested refund. Just false promises and now my phone number must be blocked. The "Contact Us" box on the website does not work anymore. They do not answer any of my calls, text messages, or emails. I lost $710.00 to this company!!!!! I am so beyond frustrated, stressed, and traumatized by this company!!!
