Digit Design Studios is not a good… Digit Design Studios is not a good business. I worked with two teams of designers for a logo and did not like ANY of the concepts they came up with. I was told by their Sr. Project Manager Adam Fischer that I would get my FULL refund and I have yet to get said refund. Once I came on here and wrote a bad review, Adam then decided to call and harass me and tell me that I had to take my review down in order to get my refund. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.!!!! They will be hearing from the BBB very soon! I find it very funny that after my review was posted and my dispute with my refund that several other "great" reviews all of a sudden came up. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Please DO NOT use this company!!!! BEWARE Please DO NOT use this company. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. I asked for a logo and they sold me on the upgraded package and talked me into the website package. They are very good sales people. After the initial call and payment it will go downhill from there. They threw together designed not even close to what I asked for. I realized this was not going to work and asked for a refund. Now they say because I asked for a refund I am no longer a customer and it is in legals hands. I'm out Over $1000 with nothing to show for it.

I initially went for a logo and Alex was assigned to work with me, I've been working with Alex for almost a year, and he helped me with my logo, my website and my marketing to ensure my business will be a success. I have gotten everything I paid for and more. I would highly recommend to anyone who may want to start a scale a business.
