I wanted a simple, pretty and easy to navigate site, they totally delivered. Digit Design Studios team was amazing with communication, very attentive, speedy and so pleasant! I could not recommend his team more. Most definitely the best experience I have had.

From logo design, to web development, to social media marketing and everything in between, the Digit Design Studios does the job like no other. Not only do they produce great content, but they are also great at client communicating with clients. If you are looking for an agency to help start and/or grow your business, then look no further.

Beware of this company Beware of this company. Especially "Alex" and "Eric". I came to them in January this year to get a simple logo for my blog, and I ended up losing over $800 and nights of sleep. Their website says 100% ownership rights of the logo but they won't give you the package until you pay them over $500 for "trademark registration". Then they will try to shake you down for more money by offering you more "services" without any legal promise/statement that Digit Design Studios will transfer full ownerships rights to you. Don't be like me. I ignored the one negative review on here because I figured it was a fluke. If you're a newbie and are not familiar with logo design or trademark registration you're better off with an attorney and a local designer. Oh and if you try to get your money back Digit Design Studios will lie to your card company stating that all the charges were for the design so that it falls under their "terms & conditions" so your company will fold on the chargeback. If you still decide to work with them, document everything! Ask for legal statements, contracts, and promises upfront before paying any money. You'll see them try to worm their way around it. Then you'll know to go elsewhere. Ye be warned. Seriously.

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Run from this company Since I have no way to give them a - Negative rating, I have to give them a 1. Number 1 SCAM! Same guys answering with FAKE Anglo names. False advertisement about 24x7 customer service. They will NEVER Give you any signed contract. Promise LIFETIME service. Nothing to back up what they say. They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER. When asked why you are not with BBB- they said its not RELIABE?? Ha ha ha. They took $3,000 and have failed to provide email service and web development. All I got was a cheap LOGO. They will NOT Answer your phone calls. Or reply to EMAILS. Try to chat with them on their website. Ask them for a customer service tech support phone and they will hang up or disconnect the chat. Just try this. Every negative feedback is my experience too. Any one up for a CLASS ACTION lawsuit?
