Beware of this company Beware of this company. Especially "Alex" and "Eric". I came to them in January this year to get a simple logo for my blog, and I ended up losing over $800 and nights of sleep. Their website says 100% ownership rights of the logo but they won't give you the package until you pay them over $500 for "trademark registration". Then they will try to shake you down for more money by offering you more "services" without any legal promise/statement that Digit Design Studios will transfer full ownerships rights to you. Don't be like me. I ignored the one negative review on here because I figured it was a fluke. If you're a newbie and are not familiar with logo design or trademark registration you're better off with an attorney and a local designer. Oh and if you try to get your money back Digit Design Studios will lie to your card company stating that all the charges were for the design so that it falls under their "terms & conditions" so your company will fold on the chargeback. If you still decide to work with them, document everything! Ask for legal statements, contracts, and promises upfront before paying any money. You'll see them try to worm their way around it. Then you'll know to go elsewhere. Ye be warned. Seriously.

Run as fast as you can and don't look back! Run as fast as you can! This company masters in scams and fraud. They have been harassing me for a year. Here is how they scam you. 1. It will start with a logo and a pitch for a website. 2. They will send you logo designs that are complete trash and unprofessional looking. I gave them the design that I created for them to put in final form. 3. They will not tell you what the complete cost is and will continue to try to get more money out of you if you allow it. Once the design was completed to my liking they said in order for me to get my design I would need to pay $800 plus dollars for it to be trademarked. I did not mind having my logo trademarked, so I went along with it. I requested the number to see when it was submitted. It was submitted way after when they said it would be. 3. They will play good cop bad cop They call you to see if you are still liking your logo, and ask if you want to continue to use your logo. Of course your response is yes, then they proceed to tell you how you need to pay money because your trademark has expired. "Do you want it for 1 yrs, 3 yrs or 5 yrs and here is the cost." Anyone that does research will find out that trademarks are valid for 10 years. Then they try to tell you "no, no we did a copyright." When that lie doesn't pass, they tell you that the trademark takes months to process. So, how can it be expired if it hasn't even been processed. If I had not gone on the USPTO I would have missed the opportunity to have my logo trademarked, because it showed as abandoned on their webpage. Some calls or friendly while others are hostile from DDS. 4. They try to extort you. "You need to pay this fee or immediately cease from using your logo." I filed a claim with the BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals office and will probably submit a small-claims on them. I work for a freaking law firm and did not do my due diligence or research before hiring them. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. I have the receipts and call log to back up everything I have posted on this review!!! I told them I would have just let it go and sucked it up as a loss, but because they have continued to try to exhort and harass me, I will open up the flood gates of hell on them.

Please DO NOT use this company!!!! BEWARE Please DO NOT use this company. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. I asked for a logo and they sold me on the upgraded package and talked me into the website package. They are very good sales people. After the initial call and payment it will go downhill from there. They threw together designed not even close to what I asked for. I realized this was not going to work and asked for a refund. Now they say because I asked for a refund I am no longer a customer and it is in legals hands. I'm out Over $1000 with nothing to show for it.

FRAUD!!!!!!!!SCAM AVOID!!!!!! If only there was an option to not give any star as they not deserve even 1 star rating TOTAL SCAM with FAKE ADDRESS they lure you to constantly pay hundreds after hundreds of pounds for services you will never be provided with. They do show you some so called projects like a logo which is so badly made , your 5 yo child would do better job. Just AVOID save your money. SCAM !!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE! Run from this company Since I have no way to give them a - Negative rating, I have to give them a 1. Number 1 SCAM! Same guys answering with FAKE Anglo names. False advertisement about 24x7 customer service. They will NEVER Give you any signed contract. Promise LIFETIME service. Nothing to back up what they say. They take your money and DO NOT DELIVER. When asked why you are not with BBB- they said its not RELIABE?? Ha ha ha. They took $3,000 and have failed to provide email service and web development. All I got was a cheap LOGO. They will NOT Answer your phone calls. Or reply to EMAILS. Try to chat with them on their website. Ask them for a customer service tech support phone and they will hang up or disconnect the chat. Just try this. Every negative feedback is my experience too. Any one up for a CLASS ACTION lawsuit?
