GBSatisfaction Guaranteed NOT!!!!! I went to their website and searched for illustrators. Noticed prices and packages, and decided to pass. Then I got a PHONE CALL from them... searching for info required me to reveal my name, email and phone number. Okay... so he proceeds to sell me on services and speaks of their special package and also satisfaction guarantee or money back. I was sent a 3 legged dog by the project manager; I asked for a refund and have contacted them no less than 10 times now, with promises that it will come - STAY AWAY!!!!!

GBThis has been an absolute nightmare… This has been an absolute nightmare experience. I was told two weeks for four illustrations and received one that looked like a fifth grader drew it. I have disputed their charge with American Express. I highly do NOT recommend them or their services.

DEHappy with the final product The team at Nexus Illustration is super supportive and patient. The people working there are very professional and there artists are very talented. Lastly, communicating my ideas was super easy and I am very happy with the final product.

GBBook is over a year in their hands Book is over a year in their hands. Told it would be published in 2 months. Signed a contract and paid for pictures, editing and publishing. Took for ever on cover. It was there, then not and then back again. No one reads what they are publishing. Errors throughout manuscript and I can not edit my own book as the format is lock down by them. I went line by line to fixed problems and sent them a copy of the errors, yet the book continues to be the same way it originally was. This book can not be published as it is now. Even the page numbers are uneven. I wish I had a better report but this is what it is - a big mess! Please don't get involved with these people, you will regret it.

GBThis company will scam you This company will scam you. I paid in full for the illustration of my daughter's book by her 6th birthday. I explained that she had opportunities to pitch her book, scheduled a pre order campaign, and book tour schedule. I was told FROM THE BEGINNING they could illustrate her entire book in 6 months. I made it clear that would be my deciding factor. We had to cancel her book tour, refund preorder book orders, and worst of all I've had to look at my daughter's disappointment of not having her book completed until this day. We are a few months from her 7th birthday and I hired this company when she was 5. My "project manager" Casper is a joke. Their "complaint process" is a joke. They pretend to offer accountability and support and they don't. I only have 16 pages and its been over a year of inconsistent communication and mediocre project management. As of today I have not heard or received any illustrations from Casper in OVER A MONTH. Don't take the bait. They will take your money and underdeliver. You'll be lucky if you get a completed project from them. I am now questioning if those "reviews" on their website are even real people. Until I get a partial refund, I will continue to bring accountability. Leaving this review is part of it, speaking with my attorneys is what comes next if they continue to hold up my project and not refund me part of my investment. Because my daughter's brand has suffered real damages as a result of working with their company.
