Very questionable business practices I'm giving them 1 star because they use extremely aggressive marketing techniques, are very shady in their operations, and I have received 6 calls today from all different numbers so I cant block them. No legitimate reputable business would do that.. They say they are in Jersey city, NJ but that is a lie! After grilling One of their employees, among other things, they told me that they are actually based in India (no offense to the people of India) but they are just told to say that to prospective customers. They have a virtual address there, but it is not their actual location. While I would consider using a company from India, I would not use one that tells their employees to lie to prospective customers any way it may be necessary to get their money.

This company is the worst I have ever… This company is the worst I have ever worked with , hidden charges, unpleasant staff, poor response time, harassing calls and txt msgs demanding I remove my review, and the list goes on. Most recently ,since I won’t respond to their harassing calls anymore they reached out to trust pilot and claimed I was a fake review in hopes my review would be removed, jokes on y’all, I kept proof including screenshots and emails of having worked with y’all. Logo design flex, LEAVE ME ALONE!! If you all are going to have poor service be ready for poor reviews. Stop harassing people and being shady.👍

Flex design. SCAMMERS Flex design. Everyone in this company is shady. I'm fitting to get my money back. Carl D'Souza is a real thief and always put God up front to have good access to steal from people. He always say "God bless you" at the end of all his conversation. This company not completed the website for me. I have no website on the air not and they have a nerve to tell Chase Bank that the service was completed. Thank God my website business is going to open from another company in New York City someone that I could see face to face. As far as for Flex Logo design they all shady, scamer they stole $2300 from me. They never deliver me anything. Daniel is the guy that kept on calling me to convince me to give them opportunity to work for me for the website... NEW BUSINESS OWNERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Burn your money, it would be more useful Reply to their response: It wasn't successfully delivered to me. I purchased a logo design with unlimited revisions, as well as a 3 day turn around. It took two weeks for me to settle on accepting a banner design, leaving me to go elsewhere for my actual logo. Working with your "Team" has been a terrible experience, I wouldn't let you assist me with anything ever again. My original review is below, and I stand by it. Original repsonse: Absolutely the worst experience. I was told for my price I'd be working with team of designers, instead I worked with one designer who failed to follow even the simplest instruction for colors. I had to lower my expectations from a logo, to a simple banner design which wasn't even produced for me in the right colors. I have had better luck with Fiverr. If you want to throw your money away, it would serve you better in the trash than with "Logo Design Flex"

I initially just needed a logo I initially just needed a logo, but then went ahead and went for the website Design website design was a major pain in the butt. Any little thing I asked, for they wanted more money to add any feature. Took 6months back and forth before it was ready to go. 8months later the website would not appear. They said the hosting was only for 8 months. I paid another $900 for yrs of hosting to not have another issue since i was the one editing the website after they said, they would show me how to edit it just to change my business pricing and edit my descriptions of services. I was never shown how to edit had to figure out myself. Now its only been another 8 months and my website is down again. Busy signal anytime i call. Wont respond to emails. Over the course of the two years that I’ve been with them they’ve changed multiple people that I’ve talk to you and people that I have talk to you. They said they fired the previous guy because he wasn’t doing stuff right but they take care of me this time. I wish I never even started with this company.
