I do not recommended. Found some surveys interesting, but I am afraid this is only one thing I liked. The panel has potential to be pure scam. When I was about to cash out for the second time, my account had become suspiciously inactive. A good many people experienced the same problem. Didn't bother though I made sure (according to some other reviews) that those people are one of those who know how to ignore a panelist. No answer. Avoid, avoid, avoid as they prefer to avoid responding.

They conducted a system upgrade about 2… They conducted a system upgrade about 2 months ago. Since then the site has been broken. Almost all surveys now show as 'sorry, this survey is now closed'. Old surveys keep reapppearing in the available survey list by the dozen, none of which work. When contacting customer service, and even if referrred to sites like this which clearly demonstrate a widespread problem, they deny anything is wrong with the site at all. It may be that accounts of old members have been damaged in the 'upgrade', and they are unable or unwilling to correct the problem.

very poor experience very poor experience, site often not available for extended periods, or an error occurs when completing surveys. seems like they have little idea about what causes these issues as they are ongoing. responses to problems are very, very slow and just seem like they have been copied and pasted. currently still waiting for and issue from June 2018 to be resolved - takes approx. 2 weeks to get a reply from the site and each time they mark the problem as solved when it is not. keep telling me to wait 7-10 days as some surveys don't credit immediately - the fact this issue relates back 4 months doesn't seem to register.

Absolute crap Absolute crap. Registered ages ago but never got any invites. Then they deactivated my account and when asked why they said is was massive fraudulent use by myself, bearing in mind I’ve not even been using it! SCAM can see other reviews where they have told others the same, stick to better survey sites and let this useless one go into the ground.

Technical error comes up quite alot Technical error comes up quite alot ! But usually are good at sorting out any missed points but does take a little time .averaging 2 payouts a week which is quite good compared to other sites . Quite a few diary surveys which have additional incentives which is great ! Payouts quite quick averaging 5 days turn over overall i would recommend
