They conducted a system upgrade about 2… They conducted a system upgrade about 2 months ago. Since then the site has been broken. Almost all surveys now show as 'sorry, this survey is now closed'. Old surveys keep reapppearing in the available survey list by the dozen, none of which work. When contacting customer service, and even if referrred to sites like this which clearly demonstrate a widespread problem, they deny anything is wrong with the site at all. It may be that accounts of old members have been damaged in the 'upgrade', and they are unable or unwilling to correct the problem.

Maybe one of the luck ones? I have been a member for a year and a half, I have never had any issues. In fact I have made about £150 so far. Surveys have been constant and at times I have made almost 400 points for 1 survey on multiple occasions. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, but maybe I'm one of the luck ones.

But usually are good at sorting out any missed points but does take a little time .averaging 2 payouts a week which is quite good compared to other sites . Quite a few diary surveys which have additional incentives which is great ! Payouts quite quick averaging 5 days turn over overall i would recommend

If you’re willing to spend 10/15 mins a day doing a couple of surveys then it’s worth the money. The money will go into your account around 5 days later. I’ve only been doing it a week, it’s nice getting paid for being on my phone when I’d just be browsing anyway! Yes a few of the surveys don’t work and yes a few of them only want certain people to participate, but on the whole it’s a bit of extra income!

Avoid this survey site Avoid this survey site, don't even bother to sign up. Works more like a scam site than a reputable survey site, several times I have been screened out at the 100% completion point, and many many more times near the half way point when they have collected enough data for their needs.their rewards are far smaller than other sites for the time and effort required and you lose 10% when and if you ever get to a point where you can redeem a reward.
