Had issues before with disappearing points and still waiting for my PayPal reward that I redeemed a few days ago. Never had issues with any other Irish survey sites. Avoid MySurvey, it's a waste of time.

They conducted a system upgrade about 2… They conducted a system upgrade about 2 months ago. Since then the site has been broken. Almost all surveys now show as 'sorry, this survey is now closed'. Old surveys keep reapppearing in the available survey list by the dozen, none of which work. When contacting customer service, and even if referrred to sites like this which clearly demonstrate a widespread problem, they deny anything is wrong with the site at all. It may be that accounts of old members have been damaged in the 'upgrade', and they are unable or unwilling to correct the problem.

Waste Of Time - Don't Bother! I joined MySurvey to fill a bit of time, regularly receiving emails inviting me to take part in surveys...until recently! When I try to log in, my account states inactive, please contact us? Convenient I'd say when you have accumulated points which are ready to cash out! Don't expect a reply to your messages either, you won't receive one and the most probable reason for that is, your email address is blocked! A quick Google search will soon confirm this is a regular occurrence with members being blocked from their website and mostly those who are due a payment...don't let them scam you!

I have written to them without receiving any answers & now think this is the biggest scam. UPDATE: After many emails to Lifepoints & enquiries 're points cancelled I have now received my e-voucher. My advice - don't give up keep on to them & follow their instructions.

Works more like a scam site than a reputable survey site, several times I have been screened out at the 100% completion point, and many many more times near the half way point when they have collected enough data for their needs.their rewards are far smaller than other sites for the time and effort required and you lose 10% when and if you ever get to a point where you can redeem a reward.
