His guidelines on branding and messaging were spot-on, and the examples he showed were so memorable, I could recount them to people weeks later. We've already booked him for another project.

Her training actually made the prospects of an interview feel fun and exciting, as something to look forward to instead of intimidated. Her wealth of knowledge and experiences means she's been in every type of situation and can effectively coach any trainee. She's straight forward, quick on her feet and warm at the same time, allowing her to be effective right away with the trainee. She builds up your confidence and toolkit.

Media training with David Puente I found the media training with David very helpful. He came prepared with feedback for our previous media work. He also asked us about areas that we specifically wanted to work on at the beginning of the training and then addressed those throughout. His general overview was good too. The way he did a practice run (pre-interview prep, interview, and feedback) was helpful. In the end, he was able to identify our strengths and weaknesses and gave us useful pointers to work on to improve our skills.

Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.
