Her training actually made the prospects of an interview feel fun and exciting, as something to look forward to instead of intimidated. Her wealth of knowledge and experiences means she's been in every type of situation and can effectively coach any trainee. She's straight forward, quick on her feet and warm at the same time, allowing her to be effective right away with the trainee. She builds up your confidence and toolkit.

Personalized program creation I have used Clarity for a couple of years now, and most recently gave them an out-of-the-box tough assignment. Melissa curated a bespoke training program for us, that she then delivered exceptionally well and with much success.
