Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.

He taught is new techniques that will truly help us to compose the best messages. He helped us to reshape our thinking and way of working by thinking first and foremost - what is the headline we want to see, what is that 1 piece of soundbite that is most critical and going from there.
