He taught is new techniques that will truly help us to compose the best messages. He helped us to reshape our thinking and way of working by thinking first and foremost - what is the headline we want to see, what is that 1 piece of soundbite that is most critical and going from there. Highly recommend!! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible.
