Highly recommend!! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible. She was incredibly competent and very encouraging. I felt completely at ease and confident by the end of our sessions. I just wish I had met with her sooner!!

Media training with David Puente I found the media training with David very helpful. He came prepared with feedback for our previous media work. He also asked us about areas that we specifically wanted to work on at the beginning of the training and then addressed those throughout. His general overview was good too. The way he did a practice run (pre-interview prep, interview, and feedback) was helpful. In the end, he was able to identify our strengths and weaknesses and gave us useful pointers to work on to improve our skills.

I can 100% attest that his training was "game changing" (the CEO's own words. I didn't realize I was using a lot of filler words, my eyes weren't looking at the camera, and that my framing was too close or my lighting wasn't bright enough. He was able to show me all those things and gave practical tips on how to rectify them. The tips all worked!
