Personalized program creation I have used Clarity for a couple of years now, and most recently gave them an out-of-the-box tough assignment. Melissa curated a bespoke training program for us, that she then delivered exceptionally well and with much success. I will continue to work with Clarity as I rate the professionalism of the team very highly.

David and the team are incredible David and the team are incredible to work with. Every single one of our moderators loved the sessions with David. Coming out of these training they feel prepared and empowered to do live interviews with VIPs across industries. And you can tell when watching our virtual events. David and the team at Clarity are an incredible partner to work with.

Bill McGowan is a gem-there's no one I… Bill McGowan is a gem-there's no one I would trust more to prepare for any high-stakes situation. He is a total pro, with decades of experience, plus he takes such a kind, thoughtful approach. Working with him has made me a better communicator on so many counts!

So incredibly helpful So incredibly helpful. Melissa is kind and personable and lovely to speak to, and she's filled with great information. Every time I do an interview, I find myself thinking back to little tips she's given me, and working with her has helped me feel more confident and prepared for emdia overall.

Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.
