Her training actually made the prospects of an interview feel fun and exciting, as something to look forward to instead of intimidated. Highly recommend!! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible. She was incredibly competent and very encouraging. I felt completely at ease and confident by the end of our sessions. I just wish I had met with her sooner!!

Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.
