I didn't realize I was using a lot of filler words, my eyes weren't looking at the camera, and that my framing was too close or my lighting wasn't bright enough. He was able to show me all those things and gave practical tips on how to rectify them. The tips all worked! Her training actually made the prospects of an interview feel fun and exciting, as something to look forward to instead of intimidated. Her wealth of knowledge and experiences means she's been in every type of situation and can effectively coach any trainee. She's straight forward, quick on her feet and warm at the same time, allowing her to be effective right away with the trainee. She builds up your confidence and toolkit.

Highly recommend!! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible.
