Melissa curated a bespoke training program for us, that she then delivered exceptionally well and with much success. Having worked with her for two decades and having seen her speak/present many times before Bill's training and then - at Investor Day after 3 sessions with Bill... I can 100% attest that his training was "game changing" (the CEO's own words. Bill's approach is unique and effective, enabling any speaker to apply his method while retaining her/his own authentic voice. And his teaching style is informal/warm/funny...not at all corporate, stiff, or stodgy - which really resonated with us. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.
