Highly recommend!! I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Hellen at Clarity. I am a professor and used to speaking at research conferences. When I knew I had to speak to a nonacademic audience, I reached out to Melissa. She helped me sift through the research and data to help me find talking points that still communicated what I wanted to say but in a way that was more engaging and accessible. She was incredibly competent and very encouraging. I felt completely at ease and confident by the end of our sessions. I just wish I had met with her sooner!!

Effective and Productive Session Jen is a real pro and I've found our sessions to be extremely helpful in preparing me for media interviews. I've learned to adopt my own communication strategy with the media (i.e. having silver bullet themes and recognizing which questions match to these themes). Also I've gained insight into my speaking style -- what is effective and what I need to adjust so I don't get stumped by a question.

Bill did an exceptional with Message training… Bill did an exceptional job training our full Communications team on message development. He taught is new techniques that will truly help us to compose the best messages. He helped us to reshape our thinking and way of working by thinking first and foremost - what is the headline we want to see, what is that 1 piece of soundbite that is most critical and going from there. We will absolutely continue working with Clarity Media Group and Bill!
