From the first time I contacted them until they contacted me to say my student loans are all forgiven. First, they reduced what I had been paying a lot. Then they managed those loans keeping me informed. It could not have be easier. Everything they said would happen did. All I had to do was provide an E-signature from time to time. Then they gave me the great news that my loans had been forgiven!
