Consistent and Responsive What made my experience great is that the representative I had was always consistent and responsive. She made sure to respond in a timely manner to any questions or concerns I had. I would not have known what to do to make this happen but EDAPT USA's representatives took great care of what needed to be done to make things move forward. First, they reduced what I had been paying a lot. Then they managed those loans keeping me informed. It could not have be easier. Everything they said would happen did. All I had to do was provide an E-signature from time to time. Then they gave me the great news that my loans had been forgiven!
