No complaints whatsoever No complaints whatsoever. It was my first time dealing with them, and Josh and the crew were so very helpful and expedient. I was nervous that the product wasn’t going to be exactly what I ordered, yet it was perfect. Thanks a million to J&H and the Accurate Fishing. It was inconvenient that I had to sign the FedEx drop off. I had to stay home a whole day from work, risking being written up or fired, so my only wish is that we shouldn’t have to sign for a delivery.

Poor customer experience My experience with the dark matter team was less than enjoyable both at the New England saltwater fishing expo and during the purchase of my rod. I wanted a custom rod but was pushed towards the IO. I'm not happy with it bc it is not what I wanted but I figured I'd give it a shot because dark matter has a good reputation. I'm sure it will do it's job but I don't think I would purchase another dark matter rod in the future.

Good reel I ordered a new reel it was delivered on time and in good condition. Shimano stradic FM is a great reel.
