GBWARNING!! AutoRenewal Automatically Turned On for all purchases! Just a huge warning for customers. I found their products to be good but I did not read the long terms/conditions (who does) which apparently included an autorenewal. I noted the renewal charge and on that same day contacted Customer Support. Here's their response: "We do not offer refunds for renewals as our money-back guarantee only applies to initial purchase made within 7 days."....it goes on..."I have received authorization for a refund of $112 [of $229], and I can proceed with processing it." Wow! How gracious of them. You can imagine how I responded.
