GBThis company has been aweful to work… This company has been aweful to work with. They sell as if they're experts however expect to do a TON of work vs them actually being experts by industry. Besides the amt of back and forth this took for 6 months, the VSL is not performing at all. Ive asked for my $ back per their "Guarantee" in the contract. We'll see if they actually honor their word. I would not work with them unless they have proven results in your industry.

GBHad a really great call with this team… Had a really great call with this team and to be honest was skeptical because I see so many promises out there. It took about a week longer to implement but that was in us in getting them some information. The video they created and the support in launching it was more than I expected. In just two weeks we saw the improvement in our campaign performance that they predicted. Thank you all and I will recommend to others.

AUCreatives delivering a NEGATIVE ROI - AVOID (Update: 21/March): Despite renewed communication ads are continuing to fail to perform as promised - we are currently encountering 200% INCREASE in cost per lead after using their new ads (i.e. The Draw Shop's ad creatives are performing worse than what we were using previously) Qualitatively, The Draw Shop presents some great-looking ads, however when initially working with them they've promised a 2x improvement in cost of leads for our business. After working with them, the client success manager that I originally had has switched jobs within 3 months of working with them. Once the VSL was delivered, the new client success manager has a terrible set of availabilities - in order to communicate with them, you need to 'book a time' - except the times available are between 4am - 8am. A 4-hour block of availabilities on most days, at hours that probably don't suit most people. Also found the new client success manager to be much harder to work with than the previous one - which feels like a bait and switch. The worst thing is that the ads with new creatives have actually performed worse than our original. I've tried getting them to solve, in which case they penned a list of suggested changes, where almost none makes sense to implement (and our current media buyers agree on this). Hopefully they reach out after this and resolve this (in which case i'm more than happy to review this and readjust my rating), but otherwise would strongly recommend looking elsewhere - really shocking experience so far and has consumed a lot more of my time than originally budgeted which doesn't match what other people have been writing on here.

GBQuality final product The Draw Shop delivered a quality final product and were a pleasure to work with. They were very patient with us as we plodded through decisions, wicked fast with deliverables, intuitive with their edits, and they stuck to their end of the bargain. A couple things that might cause someone to have reservations: 1) We communicated through Basecamp instead of phone/video calls. 2) Cost seems to be on the higher side. That being said, would definitely work with them again.
