BILLING IS NOT CORRECT AND THE CUSTOMER IS FORCED TO TRUST THAT THEY ARE NOT BILLING YOU FOR ROBO CALLS OR SLOW LONG WINDED AGENTS THAT TAKE THERE TIME ( AT A NOT TO CHEAP RATE) HANDLING YOUR CALLS. NO OPTION TO LISTEN TO YOUR MESAGES ( TO CONFIRM THE CALL) SALES DOES A HORRIBLE JOB OF EDUCATING THE CUSTOMER AND AS A RESULT THEY ARE NOT TO KEEN ON FOLLOW UP AFTER THEY DUPE YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT THAT HAS A LOT OF LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO BILL AS THEY PLEASE AND VERY LITTLE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT IS SAID AND OR PROMISED.
