Don't expect much Several weeks into the process, we are still working out the kinks. Response time is slow, and the follow up is passive rather than active. I am on the verge of searching for a new service.

Best decision to go with Answering Service We made the switch to answering service care and have never looked back. It was very hard answering the phone at our busy child care and we were getting tons of solicitations which was wasting a lot of time. We have it at 3 of our buildings and don't plan to go back to answering the phone ever again!
