CATech Issue, then Good! At first the coupon wasn’t working until I logged in and I wasn’t able to complete my order on the laptop, had to use my phone. Otherwise easy to use and shipped very quickly!

GBMostly every sample has had to be… Mostly every sample has had to be reprinted. The quality has not been great. Wait times have been tremendously long for turnover and getting an account set up. Invoices are being charged twice to credit card after being paid. Shipments are being sent with incorrect items. Customer service has been quick to answer and helpful when issues arise.

GBIncredible Customer Service & Happy Employees! My company has been using Blinkswag for a few years now and I couldn't be happier with them! Our employees get great swag for New Hire gifts, Anniversaries, new baby onesies, and event swag! Any hiccups, which rarely happen, are swiftly and easily taken care of. Always a great experience and there is always a friendly person on the other side of the phone/email.

GBthe blink swag website is terrible… the blink swag website is terrible constantly crashes and loses everything you've added to cart not at all user friendly and needs major improvement. customer service is terrible unless I go through our rep with motto. overall my experience with blink swag has been abysmal. hoping for improvement in the future

KEThe package arrived in time The package arrived in time; in fact, I was not expecting it on the date of delivery. The SWAG team followed up with me to ensure I shared correct shipping address. One thing that can be improved is always alert the customer of their shipment. In my case I was not informed the package was shipped.
