the blink swag website is terrible… the blink swag website is terrible constantly crashes and loses everything you've added to cart not at all user friendly and needs major improvement. customer service is terrible unless I go through our rep with motto. overall my experience with blink swag has been abysmal. hoping for improvement in the future

Their Hard Work Paid Off For Me I just started with my company and have a convention coming up in the next few days. I worked with Azmeer and she worked very hard (and quickly) to get as much of my order to me as possible before I left for the convention. Tech Issue, then Good! At first the coupon wasn’t working until I logged in and I wasn’t able to complete my order on the laptop, had to use my phone. Otherwise easy to use and shipped very quickly!

The package arrived in time The package arrived in time; in fact, I was not expecting it on the date of delivery. The SWAG team followed up with me to ensure I shared correct shipping address. One thing that can be improved is always alert the customer of their shipment. In my case I was not informed the package was shipped.
