Areas are not exclusive as promised. Well I am already concerned on day 3. I read the reviews and still decided to give it a shot. They have a very talented sales team, no doubt. However the areas are not exclusive. They are using multiple agents for the same area. I dont know how they get away with lying to you, but they lied to me and I contacted the other agent in my area (who i did not know until now) and sent her the photos of our identical websites for the same area. She has not received any leads from USHUD. I was signed up for ALLHUD. What a joke. Please do your research......

It was easy and quick to sign up with… It was easy and quick to sign up with US Homes.com. I'm giving them a trial to see if they can produce more buyers and sellers and therefore more income. I'm looking forward to working with them. They are also building a website to market the properties at no extra cost. So far, I'm impressed with their services.

Satisfied Erica answered my questions and assisted me as I was signing on to US HUD.com. with professional care. Scheduled a call with Jennifer the next day who gave me the support contacts in the company along with her contact information. Both Erica and Jennifer were both informative and supportive, I hope to continue doing business with UD Hud for a very long time.

Great company to work with Great company to work with. I have tried so many others (Trulia, Realtor.com, Zillow, TigerLeads, Boomtown and plenty of smaller companies). I did convert some of the referrals with the other companies if another realtor didn't call the client first. With this company, you are exclusive to the county/market and the referrals and I believe that is why their conversion rate is so high. Follow up is key and if you can do that, I would recommend using Ushud. I couldn't be happier
