I clicked on 'Deny Signature', and they signed me up anyway, saying that I "signed audibly". They will not deliver as promised.

No wonder, Duh, prospective Buyers utilize site to see Foreclosures, so they want to spend $200,000 for a property in a County that does not even have Condos for less than $500,000.
