No wonder, Duh, prospective Buyers utilize site to see Foreclosures, so they want to spend $200,000 for a property in a County that does not even have Condos for less than $500,000.

They sold me that they have revised their system only to find out the same crap as every other online system. Phone no good 75% of those 25% left 50% weren't interested thats (12.5% overall) of the 12.5% left 90% were just browsing and of the last 1.2% left either weren't qualified or stopped answering their phone. They promise a refund or replacement lead for bad ones but who really has time for that? Just do what you say your going to do and give me people who are waiting for my call.
