Made to Feel Welcome I appreciated from the get go the helpful how to videos, the ease of upload and moving lessons around, The clean look and feel of the site, the customer service and actual human interaction when solving problems, even with a little humor. And I guess I felt 'part of the team' rather than just a paying customer. The only thing for now that I would like more of is, options when designing the pages. But it is a minor thing.

I wish there were videos not just… Podia is amazing. It has made it so easy to create a course. I am about to launch so I am really looking forward to seeing how it goes. I wish there were videos not just articles giving you step by step tutorials about how to set up communities, make beautiful emails etc. also being able to see examples of what has been made and how it is done I would also like the opportunities to do lives in the communities like Facebook offers.

The best platform for your Courses Podia is the best platform for your Courses. Period. If you're a Creator who wants to sell online products, look no further. I already made all the research comparing the pros and cons of every option. Podia wins in every aspect, including look-and-feel, ease of use, pricing and features. I've been a happy Podia user since more than two years ago, which means a lot considering all the new competitors and updates on tech. All my website is hosted and designed on Podia. There's nothing like feeling confident that my site works, without needing to update plugins or worry about other details. I highly recommend Podia to all my fellow Creators.

support ?! really ? Ok, let's be clear, the overall experience is ok. But this support is terrible ! They have (supposedly ) a chat box for customers but anytime I am trying to get in touch, the chat box answer you back about their working hours ! EVEN when you are right in the middle of it . And if this time I decided to drop a comment here, it is because it is not obviously not the first time, every time I did try to use the chat box, I always get the same "working hours " message. And I am blocked with some stuff that I need to check with them , not with a robot ! And they advertise, chat support for customers... really ?
