support ?! really ? Ok, let's be clear, the overall experience is ok. But this support is terrible ! They have (supposedly ) a chat box for customers but anytime I am trying to get in touch, the chat box answer you back about their working hours ! EVEN when you are right in the middle of it . And if this time I decided to drop a comment here, it is because it is not obviously not the first time, every time I did try to use the chat box, I always get the same "working hours " message. And I am blocked with some stuff that I need to check with them , not with a robot ! And they advertise, chat support for customers... really ?

I think your customer service is… I think your customer service is excellent. New features coming up is brilliant! Easy to use and really fits my needs. One thing that almost tho, is hurting my business is the inability to not "add to cart". My products is all low ticket digital products, and bundles just doesnt work for me. My customers want to choose which products to buy themselves, without having to checkout several times.
