Still a valuable website to consider exploring I haven't used this website in awhile. This is mainly due to the level of my current income; unfortunately, there just don't happen to be many apartments in my current price range. However, using this website helped me, in part, to stay focused on a search for an apartment. I'm very grateful to have received access to an affordable apartment; I moved in mid-December 2021. So. I will keep this website in mind, since I may be choosing to move again in the future; I continue to work on developing legitimate, additional income streams, in part, for that purpose.

Dear Apartment List PM If your PMs read this, your onboarding flow was one of the worst I've ever experienced. I answered 15+ questions about what I was looking for, then was forced to give a fake phone number, then had to click through a demo how to use your product that I couldn't skip. I still haven't gotten any value from clicking on your ad and am going elsewhere. There are 20 other competitive products I could use - try providing users some value by showing apartments instead of showing off every feature you've shipped in the last year

The good the bad and the ugly The good: Apartment List is a good source to see, it does work very well, I am happy to have found apartment list. The bad: Lander, an apartment leasing company of sorts that leases furnished apartments within the apartment list.com network, at least they utilize others’ apartment buildings, on website of their own The ugly: occult and biasness, bad ledger format and questionable morals and targeting of solo woman, solo man, and children left alone in their apartment. My reaction: sooner than later I hope to be the one saying as the other solo woman/girls, “Bye ugly” to the administrative staff of two property managers, known here at this apartment. Their appearance is not the ugly, their attitude and the surrounding occultism that is here when they are in the building are the reasons I say “ugly”. Clint Eastwood, where are you when your needed? I am serious to these comment remarks. MMM

Need to focus on affordable housing Need to focus on affordable housing. It's frustrating when you have a sight that only deals with unethical rents for housing it makes the customer's stress level rise. It needs to be more working class friendly instead of super rich friendly.
