GBThey did not provide the promised… They did not provide the promised growth. So I canceled and requested a refund as their policy promises to provide if unsatisfied with their service. Instead of giving a refund, they additionally charged for a month of subscription that I did not sign up for. Also, I could not write a Google review as it is not an option. I suspect this company is dishonest. Do not buy their services. Edit: Upgrow, you can try to remove my review and say the lies you say, but my bank has already contacted you, and you will refund me. I have screenshots of every conversation as evidence of your fraudulent business conduct that I am more than willing to add to this review.

AUDon’t waste your money I’ve used Upgrow to increase my followers for 2 months and even subscribed to their AI training tool which allows you to swipe left/right on accounts to check if they are your target audience. My follower count did grow BUT when I looked at my Instagram insights, they are all from Bangladesh and seemed fake. Now I am suffering the consequences of using this platform for 2 months. I may need to start over as I am not sure if my content is being shown to the right audience. What a waste of $500.

GBMy experience with Upgrow has been a… My experience with Upgrow has been a bit of a roller-coaster. While their team was responsive and supportive. I had expected to see quicker follower growth. It took longer than I anticipated to see significant progress, Which left me feeling somewhat disappointed.

GBAlthough Upgrow offers a lot of… Although Upgrow offers a lot of features and growth options, I can't say I'm 100% satisfied with my experience. When I had any issues, their support was very fast to respond, but the results fell short of my expectations. I was hoping for more significant growth in a shorter time frame. While the service isn't bad or subpar by any means, there's definitely room for improvement.
