Don’t waste your money I’ve used Upgrow to increase my followers for 2 months and even subscribed to their AI training tool which allows you to swipe left/right on accounts to check if they are your target audience. My follower count did grow BUT when I looked at my Instagram insights, they are all from Bangladesh and seemed fake. Now I am suffering the consequences of using this platform for 2 months. I may need to start over as I am not sure if my content is being shown to the right audience. What a waste of $500.

They did not provide the promised… They did not provide the promised growth. So I canceled and requested a refund as their policy promises to provide if unsatisfied with their service. Instead of giving a refund, they additionally charged for a month of subscription that I did not sign up for. Also, I could not write a Google review as it is not an option. I suspect this company is dishonest. Do not buy their services. Edit: Upgrow, you can try to remove my review and say the lies you say, but my bank has already contacted you, and you will refund me. I have screenshots of every conversation as evidence of your fraudulent business conduct that I am more than willing to add to this review.

Upgrow did a decent job with our lead… Upgrow did a decent job with our lead generation needs. While the results were satisfactory, there were a couple of instances where I felt communication could have been clearer. However, their customer support team was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

I had a positive experience with these… I had a positive experience with these guys, Our Instagram business is grown and the analytics are improved. Hats off to the Upgrow team's Hard work.

Very slow progress After trying again still very slow progress. They say you can get 2000-3000 followers a month. Still nowhere near that. Looking at my uptake (I post stories and content daily) you are looking at 9-12 months to get anywhere near this. I paid an influencer to post for similar money and got a much better result. I think the tech is ok but the turbo plan promises are far from reality.
