Don’t waste your money I’ve used Upgrow to increase my followers for 2 months and even subscribed to their AI training tool which allows you to swipe left/right on accounts to check if they are your target audience. My follower count did grow BUT when I looked at my Instagram insights, they are all from Bangladesh and seemed fake. Now I am suffering the consequences of using this platform for 2 months. I may need to start over as I am not sure if my content is being shown to the right audience. What a waste of $500.

Very fast and effective customer… Very fast and effective customer support. I'm not the most tech savvy person so having their support people guide me through the process of setting up my account has been superb.

Upgrow did a decent job with our lead… Upgrow did a decent job with our lead generation needs. While the results were satisfactory, there were a couple of instances where I felt communication could have been clearer. However, their customer support team was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

nice people and an AI which does not deliver over a period of 3 months using upgrow.com we went down from close to 80K followers to 78K. the people I exchanged messages with at upgrow.com were very friendly, very helpful and did truly whatever they could to support. From our experience the system of upgrow.com, the promised results did not come through. I am glad I tried it and for us it did not work. I couldn't be happier with my decision… I couldn't be happier with my decision to try Upgrow. The results speak for themselves-my IG page has seen a big boost in story views/posts likes, and my follower count has grown as well. As a newer customer, I'm hoping my page continues to see traction!
