Superb Customer Service - This is how businesses should be run. Thank you Kenny Watson and Team I ordered from this company 2 sets of patches (same logo but different colours). The coloured version of the patches they nailed out of the gate, and I was very satisfied with the quality. I also ordered a "tactical" olive drab subdued colour variant of the same logo, and the first time it arrived, the colours were a bit too bright for my liking. Without hesitation, Kenny was there to satisfy me without me even asking. He went out of his way for months to make sure the colour I envisioned for the patches were up to my standard - and he and his team nailed it! He did not charge me at all for the second set of patched. I am a very satisfied customer. The product is great, and the customer service is what really seals the deal for me. To personalize the process for customer relations, initiating the option to speak with a representative directly to offer design and product advisement, as well as, answer other questions of concern, would be helpful.

Signature patches was easy to work with… Signature patches was easy to work with and were helpful in assisting with the proof process and color selection. They also had the best pricing for PVC patches that I've found to date. I'm very happy with the final product and will definitely be using them in the future!
