This course has increased by knowledge and ability to bridge the gap between client service and my creative team. It is a great self-guided, but make you do the work if you want to see some results. I was able to use templates and learning from the modules within the first week of doing the course. Thanks Julian!! Continuous updation required with the latest Good content. Need to be updated at lightning speeds to match up with pace of business. Now need more digital marketing tools like SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Complex Consumer Journey Mapping, Annual Social Media Plan templates, Pitch presentation templates- I can go on and on. Also need the copies of the presentations in ppt or pdf form that are discussed in webinars.
