DKNot the best experience. Not the best experience. I tried ClickMagic for our international e-shop seeing their well-made website. We never used a tracking tool before so my hopes were high. There was an intro call where there was 5 people at the same time, so it took longer to get to questions, but was helpful at the end. The problem however started when I tried to integrate one of our Shopify stores - even the most basic order and sales data were innacurrate. That was a bad sign and I started to look for other solutions. In the meantime, the support told me they will look into it but can't guarantee any success of correcting the problem because they need to check it with IT department. Anyways, I still wanted to give it a shot, however I found a better solution and forgot to cancel the account which was only still open due to my hopes of them fixing the issue. I returned to the account back after 1,5 months after I saw being charged twice. Asked nicely for a refund for the whole period since I haven't used the service. I only received a refund for one of the charges. When I wanted to discuss this, the support was suddenly not that nice and accused me of threatening them with writing a bad review after I told them I will share my honest feedback. So here it is, I believe in some cases this tool can be good, but for us running on Shopify, it was not worth it at all since we couldn't even get the full refund :) *Edit after response: Unfortunatelly, what you write is not accurate at all. The system was overreporting not underreporting. So obviously the data you claim is the most accurate was not accurate at all 😄

AUResponsive and helpful The team were very quick to identify a missed step in setting up the tracking system. I got a very quick response and they were able to identify the exact step I needed to take to rectify my problem.

GBI have used the ClickMagick help ticket… I have used the ClickMagick help ticket system several times and I have to say they have been Fantastic! They have been very quick to respond and provided me with whatever it is I needed mostly during the first contact. If I needed a second contact or I had questions on their respond they again are very quick to respond and help me out. All the people at the help line are Great and I have enjoyed working with them.

GBMy requests was not 100% answered but good enough. The response to my requests was not 100% direct. I got the gist of the response sent my way. I would love to see there be a focus for customer care departments ensure client inquiries replies be direct. If something cannot be directly addressed, then they should so. As always, customers love it when servicers provide more than expected. In my case the root of my inquiry was not address but the response was enough to suffice the general issue.
