GBMy requests was not 100% answered but good enough. The response to my requests was not 100% direct. I got the gist of the response sent my way. I would love to see there be a focus for customer care departments ensure client inquiries replies be direct. If something cannot be directly addressed, then they should so. As always, customers love it when servicers provide more than expected. In my case the root of my inquiry was not address but the response was enough to suffice the general issue.

GBSuper Fast Responses, Always On Point ClickMagick responses have been lightening fast. I work nights and have gotten replies almost immediately to hard questions in the very wee hours of the morning. GBExceptional support for a complicated but very useful product I have been using ClickMagick for about 5 months now and in the past month or two I have raised support tickets with them three times. Nothing wrong with the product or how well it worked; I just didn't understand some points about how to configure and use the product. All three times they responded within a day (usually within a few hours) with either a coherent and helpful answer or a request for more information. One time they asked for the URL to my landing page and when I sent it back to them the agent debugged my webpage for me and and then sent me back the changes I needed to make and why. Another time the agent wrote back asking for some information about the URL that GoogleAds was using as the response to a click and included instructions for how to configure GoogleAds to tell me that information; I hadn't known that I could even do that. I didn't even need him to do anything else as it was obvious then what was wrong. Both in terms of timeliness and the thouroughness of the responses this is a level of customer support that I have rarely experienced in a software product.
