My requests was not 100% answered but good enough. The response to my requests was not 100% direct. I got the gist of the response sent my way. I would love to see there be a focus for customer care departments ensure client inquiries replies be direct. If something cannot be directly addressed, then they should so. As always, customers love it when servicers provide more than expected. In my case the root of my inquiry was not address but the response was enough to suffice the general issue.

ClickMagick is a great tool with fabulous support ClickMagick is a great tool, but even better is their fantastic support team. When my course materials didn't match the current Google interface, I got confused setting up my paid ads. The guys at ClickMagick were awesome! They offer live chat support, but I went the extra step and booked a screen-sharing session with a specialist named Troy. He cleared everything up and got my campaign on track. Highly recommend ClickMagick for anyone who wants powerful tracking with top-notch help!

Awesome Service with Over-the-Top Support I've been a ClickMagick customer for 1.5+ years and I've been in the digital marketing space for over 20 years, so I've used a LOT of tools and services in that time. While I don't write a lot of reviews, ClickMagick easily deserves one. Not only is their tool highly flexible, with easy-to-read reports that I actually trust (which is critical for tracking results!)...but their support team is one of the absolute BEST I've ever experienced. They are insanely reponsive, with detailed answers, and they take time to actually make sure your issue is resolved. And if you've got a unique integration? No worries! They help you get it all sorted out! I've been especially impressed by James who has helped me many times. But ALL of their team is there and ready when needed. Facebook Tracking I requested some information how to set up facebook tracking, the guys was very patient in helping me with the right information
