I have used the ClickMagick help ticket… I have used the ClickMagick help ticket system several times and I have to say they have been Fantastic! They have been very quick to respond and provided me with whatever it is I needed mostly during the first contact. If I needed a second contact or I had questions on their respond they again are very quick to respond and help me out. All the people at the help line are Great and I have enjoyed working with them.

I received a quick review with step by… I received a quick review with step by step instructions. They were very nice and never made me feel dumb for asking lots of questions!

My requests was not 100% answered but good enough. The response to my requests was not 100% direct. I got the gist of the response sent my way. I would love to see there be a focus for customer care departments ensure client inquiries replies be direct. If something cannot be directly addressed, then they should so. As always, customers love it when servicers provide more than expected. In my case the root of my inquiry was not address but the response was enough to suffice the general issue.

Responsive and helpful The team were very quick to identify a missed step in setting up the tracking system. I got a very quick response and they were able to identify the exact step I needed to take to rectify my problem.
