I have used the ClickMagick help ticket… I have used the ClickMagick help ticket system several times and I have to say they have been Fantastic! They have been very quick to respond and provided me with whatever it is I needed mostly during the first contact. If I needed a second contact or I had questions on their respond they again are very quick to respond and help me out. All the people at the help line are Great and I have enjoyed working with them.

ClickMagick is a great tool with fabulous support ClickMagick is a great tool, but even better is their fantastic support team.
