DKNot the best experience. Not the best experience. I tried ClickMagic for our international e-shop seeing their well-made website. We never used a tracking tool before so my hopes were high. There was an intro call where there was 5 people at the same time, so it took longer to get to questions, but was helpful at the end. The problem however started when I tried to integrate one of our Shopify stores - even the most basic order and sales data were innacurrate. That was a bad sign and I started to look for other solutions. In the meantime, the support told me they will look into it but can't guarantee any success of correcting the problem because they need to check it with IT department. Anyways, I still wanted to give it a shot, however I found a better solution and forgot to cancel the account which was only still open due to my hopes of them fixing the issue. I returned to the account back after 1,5 months after I saw being charged twice. Asked nicely for a refund for the whole period since I haven't used the service. I only received a refund for one of the charges. When I wanted to discuss this, the support was suddenly not that nice and accused me of threatening them with writing a bad review after I told them I will share my honest feedback. So here it is, I believe in some cases this tool can be good, but for us running on Shopify, it was not worth it at all since we couldn't even get the full refund :) *Edit after response: Unfortunatelly, what you write is not accurate at all. The system was overreporting not underreporting. So obviously the data you claim is the most accurate was not accurate at all 😄

GBAwesome Service with Over-the-Top Support I've been a ClickMagick customer for 1.5+ years and I've been in the digital marketing space for over 20 years, so I've used a LOT of tools and services in that time. While I don't write a lot of reviews, ClickMagick easily deserves one. Not only is their tool highly flexible, with easy-to-read reports that I actually trust (which is critical for tracking results!)...but their support team is one of the absolute BEST I've ever experienced. They are insanely reponsive, with detailed answers, and they take time to actually make sure your issue is resolved. And if you've got a unique integration? No worries! They help you get it all sorted out! I've been especially impressed by James who has helped me many times. But ALL of their team is there and ready when needed. It's rare to find an awesome tool AND awesome "bend over backwards" support, but with ClickMagick it exists! Thank you for the great experience, ClickMagick! :)

GBSuper Fast Responses, Always On Point ClickMagick responses have been lightening fast. I work nights and have gotten replies almost immediately to hard questions in the very wee hours of the morning. The two people I've "met" so far show a lot of humanity, humor and compassion, in addition to knowing their stuff. I love them! Thank you Sagar and Isaiah!

GBExceptional support for a complicated but very useful product I have been using ClickMagick for about 5 months now and in the past month or two I have raised support tickets with them three times. Nothing wrong with the product or how well it worked; I just didn't understand some points about how to configure and use the product. All three times they responded within a day (usually within a few hours) with either a coherent and helpful answer or a request for more information. One time they asked for the URL to my landing page and when I sent it back to them the agent debugged my webpage for me and and then sent me back the changes I needed to make and why. Another time the agent wrote back asking for some information about the URL that GoogleAds was using as the response to a click and included instructions for how to configure GoogleAds to tell me that information; I hadn't known that I could even do that. I didn't even need him to do anything else as it was obvious then what was wrong. Both in terms of timeliness and the thouroughness of the responses this is a level of customer support that I have rarely experienced in a software product.
