Super Fast Responses, Always On Point ClickMagick responses have been lightening fast. I work nights and have gotten replies almost immediately to hard questions in the very wee hours of the morning. The two people I've "met" so far show a lot of humanity, humor and compassion, in addition to knowing their stuff. I love them! Thank you Sagar and Isaiah!

My requests was not 100% answered but good enough. The response to my requests was not 100% direct. I got the gist of the response sent my way. I would love to see there be a focus for customer care departments ensure client inquiries replies be direct. If something cannot be directly addressed, then they should so. As always, customers love it when servicers provide more than expected. In my case the root of my inquiry was not address but the response was enough to suffice the general issue.
