Go for it! I had a great experience with Entry Only.com. The computer program was incredibly user friendly and the principal broker was always available with any questions. I should state that I am a retired real estate broker with 20 years of experience so naturally the entire process was known to me. However, I believe the for sale by owner transaction can be done fairly easily as long as there is a good buyer's agent involved who will provide the proper paperwork and move things along to the next step. It will be best to offer out 2.5% commission so your home will be shown by the most agents. If you are not contract savvy, you should hire a lawyer. I saved myself almost $10,000 in real estate fees by selling our home myself. Go for it and good luck!

Home Sale Simplified Loved the ease and simplicity of setting up, and editing, our listing. Started to get hits and viewing requests almost instantly (3 years ago- prior to the truly hot market). The only problem I had was that the listing worked so well that brokers kept calling to see if they could list my home instead. To me that was a sign that my EntryOnly listing was a great choice.
