GBGo for it! I had a great experience with Entry Only.com. The computer program was incredibly user friendly and the principal broker was always available with any questions. I should state that I am a retired real estate broker with 20 years of experience so naturally the entire process was known to me. However, I believe the for sale by owner transaction can be done fairly easily as long as there is a good buyer's agent involved who will provide the proper paperwork and move things along to the next step. It will be best to offer out 2.5% commission so your home will be shown by the most agents. If you are not contract savvy, you should hire a lawyer. I saved myself almost $10,000 in real estate fees by selling our home myself. Go for it and good luck!

GBJason at EntryOnly.com does an excellent job… Jason at EntryOnly.com does an excellent job helping clients through the process - when needed. The tough part of selling your property is the negotiations so if you need help with this aspect, hire Jason for it, in addition to his MLS listings at a very economical price.

GBThis is the second property we have… This is the second property we have sold with out a broker in the past 4 years using this system. Being a former real estate agent helped alot in the process, though I consider it very simple to use even for those with minimal real estate experience. Jason is readily available to help at all time. Reminder emails are regularly sent for steps throughout the procell.

GBJason and his staff at Entry Only were… Jason and his staff at Entry Only were top notch in their service. They provided all necessary documents to list our house and were very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. We communicated primarily by email, but their responses were quick and thorough...I even got a response on a weekend! Once our house sold, they were great about getting the listing updated quickly and making sure we had everything in line for our attorney who completed the process for us. A great way to save half of the commission on a sale for a very reasonable fee.
