GBI highly recommend EntryOnly I highly recommend Jason and the EntryOnly team. I sold 2 houses with this service and saved lots of money. Prompt service, user-friendly website, and most important you are in control of the sale. Open Houses advertised on Realtor.com and Zillow are the key as you will work directly with buyers and make adjustments based on their feedback. Buyer agents usually do not attend them so you will be able to save the buyer and seller commissions. In a hot seller market offer 1 - 2% Buyer commision, otherwise use 2 - 3%. Use the services of a Real Estate lawyer to close (usually ~ $600) a good one will make certain your rights are protected and the transaction is smooth.
