Douglas James pro/con Evan is very thorough and over delivers time wise. I appreciate his dedication to training and helping us work to be successful. The one thing I would change is in the Douglas James tutorials. Students may benefit from larger more visible screens. That would make the presentation easier to follow.

Refund and contacting their support… It is about contacting their support and getting a refund on a deposit I made for one of their training packages, after many months after I made the deposit some life events occurred and I was not able to continue with the training so I decided to contact their support and ask for a refund.They were very responsive and after explaining my situation to my coach they agreed respectfully to refund my down payment and with in 7 business days money was refunded to my bank account.
