Refund and contacting their support… It is about contacting their support and getting a refund on a deposit I made for one of their training packages, after many months after I made the deposit some life events occurred and I was not able to continue with the training so I decided to contact their support and ask for a refund.They were very responsive and after explaining my situation to my coach they agreed respectfully to refund my down payment and with in 7 business days money was refunded to my bank account.
