I love that I have the option to send messages to my contacts or my leads, and the app will automatically find out who you're talking too. I love that I can have a branded text message or a generic text message, depending on my needs. The price is also very affordable for the amount of services that I get. I also love that I can track my campaign performance with the software and see who responded and why.

Due to how well the video platform performs, I wanted their SMS solution and became a customer. I know it sounds cliche, but I am BLOWN AWAY by how Henry and his amazing team can pack so much value into a platform in a logical and CLEAN way. Secondly, the tools work well. I have never been a fan of all-in-one type tools, so for me this is shocking. The customer service is amazing. Although the company is fairly new there have been some miscommunication at times with their customers (growing pains). Much respect goes to them for going the extra mile for their customers by addressing their concerns while continuing to update us about the progress as they develop to make the platform even better.
