SMS-IT Is The Best! SMS-IT offers very effective ways to communicate with prospects. The user interface is easy to navigate and I am able to send both SMS and voice broadcasts. To top it off they even provide free B2B leads every month.

Support is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.

SMSiT Multiple B2B Businesses all wrapped up in one. SMSiT is the best stand-alone Text Marketing business in a box I have ever used. I have been using it for almost a year now and it just keeps getting better. I now make a considerable monthly income from this business and it just keeps growing. Use my own number to SMS customers!!!! To me customer service matters a lot and SMS-It has been great! At the same level is the service. So great to be able to start SMSing customers without crazy expenses every month! Also, I wanted to use my own number and this is gold!
