Due to how well the video platform performs, I wanted their SMS solution and became a customer. I know it sounds cliche, but I am BLOWN AWAY by how Henry and his amazing team can pack so much value into a platform in a logical and CLEAN way. Secondly, the tools work well. I have never been a fan of all-in-one type tools, so for me this is shocking. The customer service is amazing. Although the company is fairly new there have been some miscommunication at times with their customers (growing pains).
