Sms marketing had proven to be much more effective than the traditional email marketing I was using before. I have seen my open rates double and much more customer interaction. The founder is very active with the community and is passionate about this project with constant improvements, updated and offers to the community. Lots of features found on this platform that I have not seen with any other sms platform. The ability to use a network provider messaging plan and get unlimited texting is a game changer. Support is nonexistent Support is nonexistent, I've tried several ways to get in touch with them and I get no response. I was able to buy sms credits, but they require you to contact support to be able to buy a number, not standard for SAS apps, but I would be ok with it, IF ANY of the options to contact support ACTUALLY WORKED. Now I have $25 worth of SMS credits with no way to use them! *Edit I was finally able to contact them through the email listed in this Trustpilot profile, so I've bumped my rating up to 3 stars.
