It has really helped a lot to have someone to refer to who knows the Zopto platform cold, inside and out. Zopto is a great tool to maximize Linkedin to generate leads and connections.

Zopto is great - I wish I had signed up sooner! I signed up to Zopto a month ago and have just agreed to a further 12 months. The platform is great and has saved me hours of time in my working week. When you get your account connected, and you are assigned an account manager - whenever you get stuck and you use the chat feature, you get a response from your assigned team member. THIS IS SO VALUABLE. It isn't a bot or a randomly assigned person. It is someone who has already talked to you and understands your account and what you are trying to do. This relationship management puts Zopto well above the rest of the tools out there. The tool itself isn't 100% intuitive, even for a techy, but the fact that when I get stuck - I know I have a team member there in a few minutes to help me - is great. I consider this team a part of my team!
