Powerful tool with multiple options I have tried several different automation tools and Zopto is by far one of the most intuitive and easy to use. The toolset provided is really powerful and gives you multiple options on how to build your workflows. The team has been really helpful every step of the way as I got set up and provided plenty of helpful suggestions along the way.

When you get your account connected, and you are assigned an account manager - whenever you get stuck and you use the chat feature, you get a response from your assigned team member. THIS IS SO VALUABLE. It isn't a bot or a randomly assigned person. It is someone who has already talked to you and understands your account and what you are trying to do. This relationship management puts Zopto well above the rest of the tools out there. The tool itself isn't 100% intuitive, even for a techy, but the fact that when I get stuck - I know I have a team member there in a few minutes to help me - is great. I consider this team a part of my team!

What makes it especially great is the people behind it especially Stefan Bako who has always been super helpful! He goes out of his way to help each time. Zopto is great - I wish I had signed up sooner! I signed up to Zopto a month ago and have just agreed to a further 12 months. The platform is great and has saved me hours of time in my working week.
