Not only following through on our conversations and requests with the team but keeping me informed every step of the way. I never feel like I am left out on my own going through this process. He is able to translate what I am looking for in the site to the web team and often advises me as to options and has invaluable input on several levels. Not to mention that he has a pleasant personality and I never feel as if I am bothering him when I need to send something or call. Herizon has to be the best project manager I could ask for on the project.
