Angelito was really great because when I wanted help with was confusing to portray over messaging and emails, and honestly I was getting frustrated and just wanted things fixed, so I asked him to call. He call me less than 10 minutes later and he stayed on the phone with me until each and every concern was covered. He was very kind and dedicated. Not only following through on our conversations and requests with the team but keeping me informed every step of the way. I never feel like I am left out on my own going through this process. He is able to translate what I am looking for in the site to the web team and often advises me as to options and has invaluable input on several levels. Not to mention that he has a pleasant personality and I never feel as if I am bothering him when I need to send something or call. Herizon has to be the best project manager I could ask for on the project.
