A satisfied customer I spoke with a Ms Danielle Ayers (from North Carolina) this morning in regards to unemployment assistance being put on hold. To my surprise after waiting nearly a half our to speak with someone,my call was disconnected.Ms Ayers not only called ME back,but she did it TWICE! Her attitude was great end her customer service was above and beyond.

Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name. I spoke with a representative from Ohio… I spoke with a representative from Ohio unemployment office today and I must say she was so kind and helpful. Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger.
