After receiving an E-Mail from Ohio… After receiving an E-Mail from Ohio unemployment services.com I tried 3times in as many days to find out why I could not log on to the site to check the status of my claim. Rachel was Awesome! On 4/12/21 at approximately 2pm, I called about some ongoing issues I have been having with unemployment in ohio. The agent who answered my call was Rachel ID: 17636. She was awesome!! She listened to me, she was SO helpful, she was the sweetest lady. She figured out what the issue was, and took Immediate action to fix it.
