Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name. I spoke with Rusti yesterday and she… I spoke with Rusti yesterday and she was a very sweet person who helped me as best as she could I then spoke with Cliff today and he was also very sweet and explained to me what needed to be done! I have had nothing but great experiences with all the agents I have spoke with since day one thank you for all you have done!

Helpful to a fault! I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!

I spoke with a representative from Ohio… I spoke with a representative from Ohio unemployment office today and I must say she was so kind and helpful. Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger. I thank you from the bottom of my heart Dannielle #689374 and yes I asked if there was a place I could reach out and give her a review. She was that good! People like you give us hope in a world of uncertainty.

Today I spent 2 hours on the phone… Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with unemployment . I want to say how great full I was that Saundera Bearden was on the phone with me this morning she was so kind, has great personality and listen to what I needed help with and told me how and what I needed to do right so I could hopefully get the money i am owed so I can move forward in my life for my family.
