She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . I usually dread calling unemployment but she really made the whole process a lot better . Thanks again Danielle !! I hope you see this one day & get to see how your kindness really made my day . !

This is my first time having to deal with something of this nature and it’s very frustrating when one is ignorant to all the rules and regulations. Helpful to a fault! I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!
