She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . I usually dread calling unemployment but she really made the whole process a lot better . Thanks again Danielle !! I hope you see this one day & get to see how your kindness really made my day . !

Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name. Rachel was Awesome! On 4/12/21 at approximately 2pm, I called about some ongoing issues I have been having with unemployment in ohio. The agent who answered my call was Rachel ID: 17636. She was awesome!! She listened to me, she was SO helpful, she was the sweetest lady. She figured out what the issue was, and took Immediate action to fix it. She was just so pleasant to talk to, I almost didn't want to hang up. She just made my whole day better!

Helpful to a fault! I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!
