I have had nothing but great experiences with all the agents I have spoke with since day one thank you for all you have done!

This company has bad manners, don't waste your time applying for a job here! Horrible experience I applied for a job there doing something I have done for over 20 years. More than qualified. Had a 30 minute phone interview with 'Connie' that went well. 5 minutes later I got an auto responder canned email from an unmonitored email box saying I wasn't qualified. Don't waste your time applying there. They probably treat employees badly the same way they were rude to me.

She listened patiently and helped me immensely with my problem. Everyone should take a lesson from her on how to deal with people, especially elderly, to make them feel important and comfortable.
