Helpful to a fault! I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!

Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name. She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . I spoke with a representative from Ohio… I spoke with a representative from Ohio unemployment office today and I must say she was so kind and helpful. Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger.
