She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger. Positive Interaction Hello I tried three times putting in answering the questions and explanations on unemployment page. I kept getting the error 404. I ended up calling in and a lady named Dana Rowe taking my call. i explained to her what happened and she entered everything for me and went out of her way helping me. i really was surprised how patient and helpful she was.
