GBCall to unemployment I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload. Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process. I’ve had to call a couple times, and people can be very short. Not Camelia, thank you for not rushing and making the experience a smooth one, not cringy

GBI spoke with Jessi (employee #1282)… I spoke with Jessi (employee #1282) today.l She is employed with Ohio Unemployment. I have never had a nicer experience with an employee. She listened patiently and helped me immensely with my problem. Everyone should take a lesson from her on how to deal with people, especially elderly, to make them feel important and comfortable.

GBI spoke with a representative from Ohio… I spoke with a representative from Ohio unemployment office today and I must say she was so kind and helpful. Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger. People like you give us hope in a world of uncertainty.
