Today I spent 2 hours on the phone… Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with unemployment . I want to say how great full I was that Saundera Bearden was on the phone with me this morning she was so kind, has great personality and listen to what I needed help with and told me how and what I needed to do right so I could hopefully get the money i am owed so I can move forward in my life for my family. She also brought to my attention about a couple more website that could or would help my family. In conclusion i would like to thank Saundera and you guys alot. Thanks again from Kerry&Alonzo

After receiving an E-Mail from Ohio… After receiving an E-Mail from Ohio unemployment services.com I tried 3times in as many days to find out why I could not log on to the site to check the status of my claim. Miss Marsha U. with her patience, perseverance, and dedicated research was able to locate the reason and relieve me of my anxiety and corrected the problem. Thank GOD for loyal employees such as her. Positive Interaction Hello I tried three times putting in answering the questions and explanations on unemployment page. I kept getting the error 404. I ended up calling in and a lady named Dana Rowe taking my call. i explained to her what happened and she entered everything for me and went out of her way helping me. i really was surprised how patient and helpful she was. She definitely should be a trainer or supervisor. She was excellent. Thank you so much.

Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name.
