I have had nothing but great experiences with all the agents I have spoke with since day one thank you for all you have done!

Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger. Ohio Unemployment.. Kudos for caring, patience and finding solutions This has been a very trying time for all of us during this Covid 19 crisis. I have had to rely on my faith and stir up every ounce of patience I possess in order to survive with a positive attitude. My finances and spirit has taken a hit. One problem after another but today I needed to resolve an issue with my unemployment claim leaving me no options but to call in instead of the online option. I'm so thankful that I did. I was blessed to speak with a Ms. Maxwell who took her time and patiently helped me to not only understand my case but also found problems that I would have never known was there. She called on the assistance of her Supervisor Monica Hollis who extended the same time, patience and concern. Though my particular case is far from favorable at this point I still walked away feeling some relief, and in knowing that they cared as unknowingly they helped to relieve my anxiety at such a trying time.
