Helpful to a fault! I'm writing to let anyone who needs to know what a great and helpful employee works at the ODJFS. His name is Paul, employee ID #1398. My case became an entangled issue. After trying for weeks to get through to a human being to try to straighten it all out, I waited for 1 1/2 hours, determined to get to an operator. Paul answered the phone and I could not believe the enthusiasm to solve my situation. We were on the phone together for another 1 1/2 hours! He could not have been more diligent if he tried! Just an outstanding effort to cut through my issues and finally get the ball rolling on my claim. Thank you Paul!! You are a credit to your peers!!!!

This is my first time having to deal with something of this nature and it’s very frustrating when one is ignorant to all the rules and regulations. Again I thank you so much for helping me get to get through this process with a little more faith.

I spoke with Jessi (employee #1282)… I spoke with Jessi (employee #1282) today.l She is employed with Ohio Unemployment. I have never had a nicer experience with an employee. She listened patiently and helped me immensely with my problem. Everyone should take a lesson from her on how to deal with people, especially elderly, to make them feel important and comfortable.

She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs .
