Rachel was Awesome! On 4/12/21 at approximately 2pm, I called about some ongoing issues I have been having with unemployment in ohio. The agent who answered my call was Rachel ID: 17636. She was awesome!! She listened to me, she was SO helpful, she was the sweetest lady. She figured out what the issue was, and took Immediate action to fix it. She was just so pleasant to talk to, I almost didn't want to hang up. She just made my whole day better!

I spoke with a representative from Ohio… I spoke with a representative from Ohio unemployment office today and I must say she was so kind and helpful. Her manner was so calm and refreshing in a time that has been filled with so much uncertainty, chaos and anger. I thank you from the bottom of my heart Dannielle #689374 and yes I asked if there was a place I could reach out and give her a review. She was that good! People like you give us hope in a world of uncertainty.

This company has bad manners, don't waste your time applying for a job here! Horrible experience I applied for a job there doing something I have done for over 20 years. More than qualified. Had a 30 minute phone interview with 'Connie' that went well. 5 minutes later I got an auto responder canned email from an unmonitored email box saying I wasn't qualified. Don't waste your time applying there. They probably treat employees badly the same way they were rude to me.

Ohio Unemployment.. Kudos for caring, patience and finding solutions This has been a very trying time for all of us during this Covid 19 crisis. I have had to rely on my faith and stir up every ounce of patience I possess in order to survive with a positive attitude. My finances and spirit has taken a hit. One problem after another but today I needed to resolve an issue with my unemployment claim leaving me no options but to call in instead of the online option. I'm so thankful that I did. I was blessed to speak with a Ms. Maxwell who took her time and patiently helped me to not only understand my case but also found problems that I would have never known was there. She called on the assistance of her Supervisor Monica Hollis who extended the same time, patience and concern. Though my particular case is far from favorable at this point I still walked away feeling some relief, and in knowing that they cared as unknowingly they helped to relieve my anxiety at such a trying time. Kudos Ms. Maxwell and Monica Hollis

Positive Interaction Hello I tried three times putting in answering the questions and explanations on unemployment page. I kept getting the error 404. I ended up calling in and a lady named Dana Rowe taking my call. i explained to her what happened and she entered everything for me and went out of her way helping me. i really was surprised how patient and helpful she was. She definitely should be a trainer or supervisor. She was excellent. Thank you so much.
