Call to unemployment I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload. Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process. I’ve had to call a couple times, and people can be very short. Not Camelia, thank you for not rushing and making the experience a smooth one, not cringy

I spoke with Danielle ( 689374 )today… I spoke with Danielle ( 689374 )today from Ohio unemployment office . She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . I usually dread calling unemployment but she really made the whole process a lot better . Thanks again Danielle !! I hope you see this one day & get to see how your kindness really made my day . !

This is my first time having to deal with something of this nature and it’s very frustrating when one is ignorant to all the rules and regulations. I spoke with Rusti yesterday and she… I spoke with Rusti yesterday and she was a very sweet person who helped me as best as she could I then spoke with Cliff today and he was also very sweet and explained to me what needed to be done! I have had nothing but great experiences with all the agents I have spoke with since day one thank you for all you have done!

Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name.
