Ohio Unemployment.. Kudos for caring, patience and finding solutions This has been a very trying time for all of us during this Covid 19 crisis. I have had to rely on my faith and stir up every ounce of patience I possess in order to survive with a positive attitude. My finances and spirit has taken a hit. One problem after another but today I needed to resolve an issue with my unemployment claim leaving me no options but to call in instead of the online option. I'm so thankful that I did. I was blessed to speak with a Ms. Maxwell who took her time and patiently helped me to not only understand my case but also found problems that I would have never known was there. She called on the assistance of her Supervisor Monica Hollis who extended the same time, patience and concern. Though my particular case is far from favorable at this point I still walked away feeling some relief, and in knowing that they cared as unknowingly they helped to relieve my anxiety at such a trying time. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone… Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with unemployment . I want to say how great full I was that Saundera Bearden was on the phone with me this morning she was so kind, has great personality and listen to what I needed help with and told me how and what I needed to do right so I could hopefully get the money i am owed so I can move forward in my life for my family. She also brought to my attention about a couple more website that could or would help my family. In conclusion i would like to thank Saundera and you guys alot. Thanks again from Kerry&Alonzo

She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs . I usually dread calling unemployment but she really made the whole process a lot better . Thanks again Danielle !! I hope you see this one day & get to see how your kindness really made my day . !

Rachel was Awesome! On 4/12/21 at approximately 2pm, I called about some ongoing issues I have been having with unemployment in ohio. The agent who answered my call was Rachel ID: 17636. She was awesome!! She listened to me, she was SO helpful, she was the sweetest lady. She figured out what the issue was, and took Immediate action to fix it. She was just so pleasant to talk to, I almost didn't want to hang up. She just made my whole day better!

Call to unemployment I had to call unemployment to verify they had all my documents yesterday. The portal was not working properly for me to upload what I needed to upload. Ms. Camelia, ID# 2118 was so wonderful. She was patient and spoke clearly and walked me through everything, while double checking to make sure I had all documents needed to move forward in the process. I’ve had to call a couple times, and people can be very short. Not Camelia, thank you for not rushing and making the experience a smooth one, not cringy
