Today I spent 2 hours on the phone… Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with unemployment . I want to say how great full I was that Saundera Bearden was on the phone with me this morning she was so kind, has great personality and listen to what I needed help with and told me how and what I needed to do right so I could hopefully get the money i am owed so I can move forward in my life for my family. Latreeva the great!! I want to share with you an exceptional phone experience I had with a person named Latreeva, who responded to a phone call made to the Ohio bureau of unemployment. These are difficult times for all of us due to the pandemic and the high unemployment effecting so many people. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and a very pleasant person to interact with. How refreshing it is to speak with such a friendly person who herself may be dealing with stress of her own. In closing, this is the type of person who will give "customer service" a great name. She was absolutely amazing from the warm greeting to filling out the application everything about her phone call was great . She also gave me some really good information about work from home jobs .
